Booked a 45 minute massage online. Received confirmation and turned up. Door locked, no one answering the phone. Spoilt what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon having sorted out childcare. Won’t be using again.

If you have a voucher, make sure you print it otherwise you’ll be refused treatment and have the opposite of a relaxing spa experience (never known spa staff to be so unaccommodating). We booked using a voucher I bought for a friend as a gift, on arrival was told that we had to bring a physical copy of the voucher despite having ordered it online and had the emails with all the details and the e-voucher. Apparently they ‘always’ tell people to print the voucher and bring it but that didn’t happen in our case, we had no pre-communication about it other than a text reminding me to bring the voucher - nothing about it needing to be a physical copy. Staff were extremely unhelpful and behaved like it was our issue and for us to sort out not them despite it being their mistake. She even checked the contact log to try and prove me wrong but obviously couldn’t. No attempt to resolve the issue for us and no flexibility at all. Apparently they don’t have a printer there which blows my mind if they expect people to print vouchers. Refused to do the treatment and refused to provide a refund and said we have to sort it out with PayPal because they use them as a third party provider. Have put in a complaint through PayPal but can’t understand how it’s our issue to resolve and not theirs. Don’t know how they can’t provide a refund for a service they refused to provide. 100% would not recommend to a friend.

First visit was thanks to a birthday gift card, so far had 2 hot stone massages with Vanessa so has such a lovely and calm presence, I can already tell they've helped relieve years of knots and tension, definitely will be a repeat customer

My first ever visit to Aquarius Day Spa a gift from a friend for 1 hour treatment. Started with a Hot Stone Back Massage, it was amazing, Jessica worked her magic and I cant tell you how much better my back felt, the massage was a bit uncomfortable at times, but what a relief from tension I never realised I had. Facial was great, products smelt lovely and my face looked glowing, nourished and healthy. Head massage was fab! … only negative for me was the towels were a bit damp on the bed and covering me and I felt cold (July) and the bed was not heated (or if it was, not offered an option). All in all loved my experience and it would not detract from me visiting again.

I booked a neck, shoulder & back massage and a head massage with Jenny as a treat following a long stressful few weeks, and I couldn't be more happy with how it went. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable as soon as you walk in, and the staff are lovely and friendly. Jenny in particular was very accomodating and empathetic when I explained that I was just getting over being ill and was feeling a bit fragile, she made me feel very looked after. I left feeling very relaxed and ready to book in for my next appointment - can 100% recommend to anyone who needs some pampering and relaxation.

Had a much needed massage and facial, Jenny was absolutely excellent and immediately put me at ease as she was so friendly and welcoming. As a somewhat new mum, I had a lot of tension in my upper shoulders and neck and Jenny did a great job alleviating this for me. Will definitely be going back!

I've had a wonderful experience here, having the sounds, fragrant smells and perfect massage. The environment is really peaceful, and there's a nice relaxation area to sit with a glass of water while you wait. Vanessa gave me my massage today, with really intuitive and professional skill. This is the real deal, highly recommended.

My son and daughter-in-law booked me a massage as a Mothers Day treat. I went this morning and was greeted by lovely Jess.
She asked if I had any concerns or preferences and really put me at ease.
The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and I will definitely be treating myself from now on!
