Stayed here for summer solstice and it was perfect! Comfy beds, clean and quiet rooms and amazing breakfasts! Hosts were very accommodating and made great suggestions on where to go for the evening meal.
Location so close to the stone circle, a 5 minute walk. Just perfect!

I stayed one night here with my Mum and our horses and I wish it could have been longer! Kirsten looked after us so well, we had a scrumptious home cooked dinner, breakfast and a packed lunch provided for the next day. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable and a lovely paddock was provided for the horses. Nothing was too much trouble and Kirsten was very helpful in advising us on the best route to take the next day. I will definitely stay there again if I get the opportunity.

My wife and myself stayed here for a long weekend during storm Denis, upon arrival we was pleasantly surprised on the accommodation provided for the price we paid, unlike a normal b&b we also had access to a guest lounge and dining room both with a log burner and open fire which were up and running when we got there to warm us up from the cold weather. Upon arrival we was greeted by Nikki who offered coffee and a piece of cake to fill us up from the long journey. Nikki is a wealth of information on the local area and was happy to spend a large amount of time providing insight into the history of the area and the best spots. After getting changed we had access to unlimited tea and coffee to keep us fuelled before going out. We was asked what time we would prefer breakfast so we would not be disturbed when we returned. Once we arrived back we entered through the guest entrance which is a separate key entry door so that you do not feel like you imposed upon the main house and i thought this was a nice touch to make it feel homely. We had access to a private bath to warn up and we kept the log fire going and enjoyed the quietness of the countryside by a warm fire. Breakfast the next morning was served promptly and consisted of high quality produce, it was some of the best bacon and sausages i have ever eaten and if you do not want a full English there are cereals, bread,, toast and fruit available. Nikki and her husband Steve helped recommend places for myself and the wife to visit due to the bad weather and again spent as long as we wanted talking but were not intrusive or overbearing Unfortunately due to the storms the next day our car broke down due to flooding on the drive back from our trip out. We called Nikki to let her know we would be very late back due to this and her family went above and beyond what you would expect of a B&B establishment, they offered to drive out an collect us from the car and when we arrived back they had blankets and hot drinks ready for us. We was due to leave the following day with an 11am check out but due to needing to wait for a hire car and to have our car towed Nikki let us stay in the bed and breakfast whist thus was all being arranged, we finally got away at 1.30 PM with our car being left at the B&B and Nikki arranged for the keys to be given to the Tow company. Without the support from Arbor Low B&B myself and my wife would have had so many more problems. It is rare to find hosts with such compassion and friendliness and i would highly recommend them to anyone staying in the area and I will book another stay when the roads are not so wet Thank you Nikki, Steve and Alex for all of your help

At the end of a long 20 mile day 4 weary travellers couldn't have asked for more!! Cozy, home from home accommodation with 2 downstairs room for our sole use with all tea and coffee facilities and log burner kicking out the well needed heat. Horses had a paddock with ample grass for food and rest during the night and we had lovely warm comfy beds. Host was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and we instantly decided we would be back with the horses for many more stop overs on route to and from our adventures! Highly recommend. Kat

Lovely area right next to the Stones in the North, has fantastic views and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast in the morning was a full fry up and continental with a good selection and the little apartment style was perfect for our group. Would definitely book again

Good B&B for anyone who is looking to go out and about using parsley hay. The host is really nice and has a great sense of humour.
There is quite a bit of COVID based separation for guests with living spaces and there is a fire place in the living rooms.
It’s quite and comfortable with little to no disturbance.
The host is a great guide on trails and adventure activities.
