I go regularly here, amazing trained staff very friendly and encouraging.
Cold water and Ice bath amazing great for mind and body.
Loved the breath work, Sauna is fantastic

Really excited about the new place opening. Staff were amazing and talked me through the whole process. They are really knowledgeable. Would encourage anyone to give this a try! You’ll love it. I was very sceptical at first but gave it a go and felt at my best after! The whole setting is so relaxing 10/10 guys well done!

Was a complete newbie and to be honest completely terrified, such a warm open encouraging space, trained staff talked over everything that would happen and answered all my questions before and after the session.

Nicely designed space with amazing lighting comfy seating and clean spacious sauna/shower.

Cold water therapy has amazing body and mind benefits and is well known for helping depression and low mood.

Tried my first dip, and although never made it to the ice bath (only the cold water) was very welcoming and friendly. Breath work provided prior to dip and sauna for after. Great experience. Give it a go.

Wow what a great night at Arctic Wolves! Great knowledgeable staff who put you at ease and give lots of encouragement. I will recommend to everyone. I felt amazing after being in the ice and the sauna was heaven.
