We booked the Stay and Park package as were flying out the next morning. The reception staff were fantastic from the off, check in was quick and they also pre booked us a taxi for 5am the next morning with no hassle. Our room was spacious and clean, room service was excellent (and delicious!). |Had a great nights sleep at the hotel - everything was spot on. Have already booked to stay again before our next holiday. Would HIGHLY reccomend to anyone looking to stay and park prior to they're holiday - a fab way to start your trip!||Thanks All!

Parts dated and our room in need of bathroom update. Staff v helpful on reception. Our view matches other comments regarding housekeeping cleanliness needing improvement and maintenance seems lacking in areas. Good location walkable to NEC or train station. Stayed for one night to visit the NEC. Everything was excellent. Reception, bar and breakfast staff were helpful and very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Can’t find fault with any part of our stay. Fantastic hotel 🙂

The staff are very friendly and helpful. If travelling by car there's a free car park which considering that you're right next to the NEC is a great plus. During our stay it was very hot, rooms were not air conditioned so it became very warm, not enough fans to go around. Breakfast was buffet style they did a gluten free one, tea and coffee were served at the table. All together we had a good 4 night stay and would have returned next year but we have found a cheaper alternative hotel.

This is the 5th time our charity craft group has held a meet up at the Arden and again we had an excellent experience.||We are made to feel so welcome, by all staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, ( I was so touched that the breakfast staff remembered that my Mum died last year). ||The food is good and the chef tries to accommodate our dietary requirements. ||

Overnight stop here and left car while flew out on holiday. Not a lot of interaction with staff but they were pleasant.
Swimming pool was nice to relax in evening before flight.
Close to exhibition centre a d International Airport, short taxi ride away for about £15 which includes the dropping off fee.
Would use again.

My partner and I stayed here last night. Was a little apprehensive due to some of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were slightly outdated but nothing like reviews implied. The staff were very friendly, I checked in ahead of my partner who had gone to a family function which I was joining him at later. The girl on reception explained the parking very clearly (you get a ticket on entry and then reception validate the ticket, I had done mine on check in but we were going to bring his car later) the rooms were clean, the window had been left open to allow some air circulation, which we prefer, and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but we’ll definitely stay again as it’s really local to friends and family, but also easy for us to jump on the motorway to go back south.

Rooms are very tired and outdated. Mixed reviews on the staff. The girl on reception gave the most rude and unprofessional service ive ever had but some of the breakfast staff and the lady on the pool desk were lovely. Pool is nice but the changing rooms could be cleaner. Mastic throughout the pool area and bathrooms are all stained with black mould.
Overall, not a bad stay but desperately in need of updating. Good location
