The warmest welcome I have experienced in many years from this small family owned and run B & B, the staff have an in depth knowledge of the local area and the diversity of the local cultures, more than capable of providing recommendation on where to dine locally and further a field. || The rooms are fastidiously clean and equipped with sufficient resources and facilities, to satisfy even the most demanding of guests. Nothing was too much of a challenge to make your stay a pleasant and refreshing escape from the rigors of every day life - a real home from home.

Can look a little daunting from the outside but inside it is homely, clean and quiet. Spent one evening here in September in a double en suite room and it was absolutely fine. Manager is smashing and always happy to help. Good access to Peterborough from here. Secure parking around the back of the house.

Stayed here for 4 nights while working in the area, the host was very welcoming and helped as much as possible great service!|The rooms are abit dated could do with a little refurbishment, shower in room 11 didn’t work. Room 5 had a few issues like a big hole in the wall room ten had mould spots.

Small hotel, which was perfectly located for work. Although away from the centre of town, bus service is near, and taxis from a nearby taxi office cost five pounds to get to the train station.||||I had to leave for six in the morning which was no problem, and the owner was very flexible in me leaving bags etc. No task was too much trouble. I was given a tour of the facilities on arrival.

Peaceful, ideal place to be in, while away from home. Kind and friendly staff. Well kept accomodation with amenities. Most minimum interference with your daily life activities. Good services. Would recommend for anyone who finds themselves working away from home. This is a good place for you.

Nice little clean BnB.||Owners friendly||Decent rooms. Don't expect much from the Breakfast.||Some rooms are quite small so aim for the suites.||Car Parking available.||Quite a long walking to the centre.||I would definitely stay over during my next visit to Peterborough

on my 3rd night in this very comfortable guest house/lodge very friendly accomadating host lovley and clean nice warm room, bathroom great shower great continental breakfast .just help yourself so we could have coffee and toast at 6.00 am before we left for work I travel all over the country and often have weeks away this place is one of the best I have stayed in for the money,,,,, forgot wifi is very good nice size tv as well ah off road parking as well

Very lovely staff. Offered me lifts and breakfast. I had an ensuite for £39. Warm and access to kitchen appliences. Very good.
