Small queue but staff did their best to keep it moving at a decent speed

The arrivals process was well organised and although we had to wait, this was expected given it takes roughly 5 mins per car to process. We were only given one wristband key per bedroom due to shortages but this was not the fault of the staff booking in. The security guards were extremely helpful with getting my car on site on Sunday as I had my pregnant wife and had to leave early.

I am a vehicle recovery driver and visited due to a broken down car ..arrivals and security helped me locate vehicle..due to driving a 18t recovery vehicle I was too big to enter where I needed to be ..Young lady helped me and some tools with transport to the vehicle ..she was very helpful and understanding of the situation.. if the service I recieved is like this then I would actually consider taking a break here ..
