The food was okay. But the matcha latte was HORRIBLE!! First, regarding the look. There was no latte drawing on top as you can see. And in terms of the taste, It's fishy and bitter like some cheap, lowest quality Chinese matcha. I gave up on the whole cup after 2 first sips. It was insanely DISGUSTING! The worst matcha latter I've ever ever had in my whole life. Such a terrible experience in Oxford.

very cute little cosy cafe with great indoor and outdoor seating options available. lots of stairs inside as all seating is on the above 2 floors so not wheelchair accessible unless outside dining. we had brunch that was delish - perfect amount of everything. and the smoothie and coffee were equally as tasty. great allergy options available and alternative milks etc. 10/10 recommend.

Great cafe, healthy fresh food, nice coffee, friendly staff and atmosphere.

Stopped here for breakfast and dinner in the same day when I was in town for a conference. Delicious fresh porridge and hearty no-nonsense jacket potato- just what I needed on both occasions.

The location is so good, which is at the centre of the Oxford. Art Cafe has very good breakfast. The Cafe tastes good. The most important thing is that the environment is so nice and you can see the people go in and out of the Westgate shopping center. They also put beautiful decorations in the restaurant. The restaurant has two floors and we like the top one

This great little gem of coffee shop, discovered they now serve my favorite style hot chocolate. The price is reasonable for the area and a great choice to choose from. They take cash and cards which is very helpful and important as too many places in Oxford have gone cashless. Seating is upstairs and you can do takeout.

The view is amazing, the price of coffee is relatively reasonable, but the room is full of smoke smell. I do suggest they change a kitchen hood.

I went with my Miss’s and we ordered two cappuccino’s and they were very creamy and tasty “One of the best cappuccino I drunk in oxford”. In addition we ordered some food and was delicious. The waiters are very kind and we received the food after 10/15 min. that we ordered it, we were quiet surprise since the Café was quiet busy. Highly recommend.
