Came to Brighton specifically to go here after a friend’s recommendation. Such a wonderful place with the friendliest staff. I would recommend booking ahead if you are a larger party as we were lucky to get a table for two. The food arrived promptly and was presented and tasted amazing. The food was amazing, the decor was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing. Just incase you can't tell, I think this place is pretty amazing!
Took my daughter here for a treat, drove from Southampton and ended up on some awful diversion and arrived late. Luckily they were able to rebook our table for later in the day to give us more time.

Such a great little cafe, definitely worth visiting if you're a Sanrio character follower. It is targeted towards young clientele. Children loves the idea and especially themed food which is super fun. Tastes good and extra kudos for creating fully vegetarian menu. In my personal opinion it is overly sweet on desserts and not seasoned on savoury snacks. But the delivery makes up for it. My kid was so happy. Couldn't stop talking about the cafe for the rest of the day.
We all enjoyed the little shop downstairs, well stocked and lots of beautiful souvenirs and plush toys. Special mention to wonderful staff who were very attentive, patient and had great approach to little ones.

Great for a quick bite and a drink, you're limited to 1hr maximum for your sitting. We had a drink each and shared the Kuromi chocolate waffle which was amazing & so tasty! - we were late as got caught in traffic, so we only had half an hour, but it was plenty of time for what we had. The staff are friendly, cafe is cute with sanrio decor, the shops got some nice bits too.

If you love sanrio and novelty things, this will be right up your street. The staff are lovely, but on our second time some customers were being unpleasant to them surviving us. They handled it professionally. Will definitely go back.

After visiting Brighton for my birthday trip I figured it would only be right to visit artbox cafe as a huge hello kitty fan, the staff were lovely and the food was incredible, the pompompurin burger was one of the best veggie burgers I’ve ever had and my partner who is a big meat eater was also obsessed with the veggie burger.

After seeing so many negative reviews about price I was pleasantly surprised by two meals. 2 desserts and 2 drinks coming to £57, you’re coming for the experience and you can’t really put a price on that, we were served by 3 lovely members of staff upstairs and I would like to thank Evie for being so kind to us, you really made our day

We also purchased some things from the shop downstairs and the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, you’ve all absolutely made my entire week

If we come back to Brighton I will 100% be visiting again

The workers here were so kind and welcoming, we got seated straight after the cafe had opened. the ice cream area was so beautiful and very cute!! Not a lot to order, but a lot of the hood looked very yummy. i got the Hello Kitty beach waffle and it was quite bland but the ice cream made up for it. also the my melody tiramisu which was delicious. I ordered the mango bubble tea, it was very sweet in some parts but also very flavourless. the boba balls were very yummy though. All the decorations were beautiful and very well set, i honestly wish i could live in the restaurant i loved how cute the decorations were! The bathrooms could do with some doing up, they were quite dirty. Overall, it was quite nice i just wished i had ordered something different as i had very high hopes because all of the other foods looked so delicious and flavourful! The ice cream was very delicious, and the little mango chunks on my plate were also so good! I would definitely come back but just order something different 🙂 And the food presentation was gorgeous you could tell it was made with a lot of effort.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The decor was adorable, the meals were delicious and definitely worth the price! The burger and curry were so good, and the waffles were to die for! The staff were so lovely as well. I'll definitely be returning!
