What an amazing experience with the team at Arundel Travel, I was in a bit of a bind and had left it too late to book a surprise holiday for my wife's 40th. Within a hour of explaining the situation to the staff our holiday was booked. The communication, the care, the service and overall experience was absolutely outstanding.

We found all staff at Arundel to be extremely friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. We felt we were able to take our time and explore different options before making a final decision. Libby noticed when the tickets/vouchers arrived the American agents had made a mistake with the hotel room. Despite the shop being closed on a Wednesday, Helen spent the day resolving the issue. We cannot recommend Arundel highly enough. We will definitely be booking with them again.

We started using Arundel Travel last year and will not now use anyone else. All the staff are really helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. Our most recent holiday was a "Bucket List " holiday to Norway and Helen offered some suggestions that made the holiday even more special.

6 days before we flew I sat with Abby at Arundel - half an hour later we were booked in the PalmaNova by TFH apartments for a 4 night break. The apartments were fantastic newly refurbished modern clean great staff. SOOOO central to the beach/bars/restaurants. Great bus service to Palma central station where we saw the Cathedral (amazing) hopped on a train to Inca (massive market on a Thursday - go early) and generally had a great time!

Helen and the team were amazing as always. We had decided to take a last minute break to the Shetland Isles. Was all a bit complicated due to some specific travel requirements. But as always nothing was two much trouble. Looked at every possibility for us including flying and car hire. Settled on separate ferry and accommodation bookings. In terms of travel agents if you have tried the rest its time you visited the best.
