We've just return from our third stay at ash farm barns once again we was made to feel very welcome by Jane and little collie sky. Barns are lovely warm comfortable and towels beds everything spotlessly clean we've all ready booked for next year so that says it all

We’ve stayed in many different dog friendly, wheelchair accessible cottages over the years from Cornwall to Scotland and we always try something new. Ash Farm Barns has been so lovely that we will break a habit and return here because it has been a fabulous week in The Old Dairy. Fresh milk and free range eggs with cake and a beautiful bunch of wildflowers welcomed us on arrival. Jane, Carol and Peter are genuine, generous, hard working and welcoming members of their farming family. The accommodation is easy, bright and roomy with a large roll in shower and lots of grab rails. The views and walks through their extensive fields of rolling hills, woods and mowed pathways through wild meadows actually in the Lincolnshire Wolds are utterly sublime. Watching the sunset and the moon rise on Summer Solstice tonight whilst walking the dogs over the hill makes everything okay and the evening news irrelevant. Come here if you want to get real.

We were fortunate to stay at Ash Farm Barns during the Spring/Summer and Christmas 2022 and very much enjoyed our stay. We were made so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the fresh eggs and the company of Sky, the farm dog. The grounds were beautifully maintained by Jane and the accommodation was very clean. Great local walks and conveniently located to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds. We would highly recommend and miss our visits/stay.

We stayed in The Granary. The accommodation is excellent in an area with lots of walks for all types of fitness. The kitchen is well equipped with a handy dishwasher. The beds are very comfortable. The layout of a large kitchen on the ground floor with ensuite bedroom and then lounge, bedrooms and bathroom upstairs worked really well for us as 4 friends staying there. The house is very clean and the welcome cake was very tasty. I would not hesitate to recommend The Granary.

We stayed at the cottages to get our dog away from the fireworks and, although there were the odd ones, we escaped pretty unscathed. When we arrived we were met by some of the friendly staff and then met Jane and Skye the farm dog who got on famously with ours. There were loads of lovely places to walk the dog from the cottage. The cottage itself was lovely and warm and spacious with extremely comfy beds. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. |We found a super pub in Tealby which is well worth a visit plus the woods at Willingham is perfect for dog walks.|I would happily recommend these cottages and would love to visit again.

Had an amazing stay at The Waggoners Barn for my daughters hen weekend of 13 of us. Beautiful area and set out so well for large groups We found the whole property and grounds to be so clean and well equipped. Great communication from owners and very accommodating. Welcoming wine and milk in fridge. Would definitely recommend |
