Absolutely disgusting, where do I start? Ashbee Guest House is riddled with bedbugs, druggies and alcoholics. Had our room door kicked in by an angered tennant looking for the landlord. Would be 0* if it was an option! 1 bathroom shared between 8 rooms, 1 kitchen between 8 rooms, police attendece at least twice a week. Had things stolen from our room on three occasions that we caught on baby cam footage. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I was in a single room, which was small but comfortable. Breakfast is already in the room and is a mini box of rice crispies, milk, biscuits and a box of fruit juice drink. The fridge makes a bit of a humming noise during the night but you could pull the plug out if it bothers you. My room overlooked the runway so I could watch aircraft landing. They are not too noisy even though they fly directly over the guesthouse. I guess they are mostly small jets almost gliding in to land.|The shared bathroom was clean - I think I might've been lucky as I don't think there were too many other guests.|All in all not a bad place.

I like this place because they help people without homes by providing accommodation for them as well as being a B&B for business people, also very, very close to the Annual Farnborough Air Show, centrally located on the main thoroughfare of the A325 but not unpleasant & across the road from a nice pub & restaurant The Swan. Has a back garden & space for a few cars at the front.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here last minute as most other places in the area were booked! ||||I don't always review hotels or bed and breakfasts especially when away on business but the lady at the front of house was particularly accommodating (we arrived very late) and got on famously with my partner who came along with me on this particular trip.||||I can't say I suffered any of the same experiences as to the other review on this site and would probably avoided the place to be fair if I saw that review as it certainly does not do the place justice in my experience - not even close! ||||Room was decent and the price was fair can't ask for much more than that! Ve stayed in ashbee for two weeks... the beds are infested with bed bugs... the bathroom downstairs has molds on the sides and the ceiling. The room was dusty n had cobwebs. The bathroom upstairs is shared with seven other rooms.

Dirtiest place , never every recommend to anyone.. beds were dirty and smelly, bathroom were full of mould, no one there to take responsibility of any parcel or things, please do not every go there 🤬🤬🤬
