We thiroughly enjoyed our brief stay and would strongly recommend this B & B. We booked the twin-bedded room for a night after a wedding at Priston Mill. Jenny was kind enough to let us check in and change our clothes before the wedding. The room was larger than it appears in photos with very comfortable beds and a wet room with plenty of toiletries. The large guest lounge has stunning views over countryside and a good range of teas on offer. The breakfast was excellent and enormous.

I stayed at this beautiful B&B in December for a weekend away with my friend. The lady that runs Ashes Hill Farm B&B, Jenny, is really nice - very warm, genuine and friendly. The room was lovely, the views were stunning and the breakfast was very tasty. It is also surprisingly very close to Bath city centre. It was a fantastic trip and we would highly recommend. I will definitely stay again when I'm next in the area. Thank you, Jenny.

So glad we found this fabulous B&B just outside of Bath as we were attending a Family wedding at Priston Mill. The only B&B we phoned that were happy for us to check in early. Jenny, the owner could not have been more accommodating. This place is cracking, self contained modern beautiful large house, peaceful, spotless, our family were all catered for, free toiletries, free tea coffee facilities, lounge area, fridge, everything you need is there, fantastic views and no cerfew !! Cannot praise this little beauty enough will Definately return. The breakfast👊🏽😍

Ashes Hill Farm is a lovely B&B located in even more beautiful surroundings near Bath (10-15 min by car). The place is gorgeous with impeccably clean, comfortable rooms and cosy guest lounge - perfect for relaxing, chatting and drinking tea after a long day. Good quality bathrooms, very comfy beds, and free wifi. ||||Jenny is a wonderful host - helpful as well as welcoming - and a great cook! She even prepared for us a vegetarian version of full English breakfast, which was delicious!||||If you want a quiet relaxing break then that's the place! Highly recommended.

A friend and I hiked the Cotswold Way which ended in Bath. I found Ashes Hill Farm on Airbnb. It was a short cab ride away from Bath but in a lovely rural location. Jenny and her contractor son designed the house as a bed and breakfast; it is perfectly designed with four ensuite rooms and a large common guest lounge. The room and bath are beautifully designed. The place is impeccably clean. ||Jenny is an accomplished and welcoming host. She responded promptly to my questions and requests; she even picked up soy milk for my friend. Jenny could easily be a consultant in the design and running of a bed and breakfast inn.||My only regret is that we could not stay longer. The friend with whom I traveled lives in Scotland and SHE will return.||Be sure to check out the playhouse! It's magical!

Fabulous stay with stunning views. Made to feel very welcome. Jenny provided a hearty breakfast that kept as going all day. Would highly recommend Jenny's B and B and looking forward to our next trip to Bath to stay again.

Found this B&B whilst looking for somewhere to stay in Bath that would take bookings for one night ( hardly any hotels or B&B's take one night bookings at the weekend in Bath ). What a gem we found, friendly hosts, lovely comfortable spacious rooms with good quality bathrooms and a delicious breakfast freshly cooked. What really sets this place in a league of its own is the simply stunning views from all the bedrooms and the residents lounge which was a super place to sit after a long day sightseeing. Although it is set right in the country down a country lane it is very close to Bath, just a 10 min drive and 1 mile from the park and ride which cuts down the high parking costs in Bath. Already hoping to have an opportunity to stay again.
