We came for a weekend spa break and it was lovely. Good value. The pool area isn’t huge but we got there early and almost had it to ourselves - it got much busier after 2pm.

A 25 minute treatment was included in the package and I had a lovely massage from Scarlett.

Dinner was delicious - huge portions and fast service.

The rooms are good - a bit tired and would be nice if they had a fridge in but for the money it’s absolutely fine.

I accidentally left something behind and reception were really helpful in helping me arrange for it to be posted back.

All in all a great little hotel for a girls weekend away. And close to the outlet malls too!

I have been looking to join a gym and spa for some time. I visited the spa at Ashford International today and was really impressed by the service! Jasmine was welcoming, friendly and explained all the gym, pool and hotel benefits clearly with no ‘hard sell’ whatsoever, she is clearly customer focused and a credit to the hotel… I joined up today and would recommend this gym/hotel to all my friends and colleagues! 5 star service! Well done. 👏

My husband and me had a lovely stay here. The staff are polite and friendly, we had a suite, it was spotless. The room was big with a sofa and chair and foot stool. There was plenty of storage and the mini bar was stocked each day free, in it was two largers, two small wine, two small cokes and two small bottles of water. We recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Have been to Ashford spa a number of times. Visited this weekned for my partners birthday and had a lovely time. We booked the 1 night spa break which is excellent value for money. My therapist Freya was absolutely wonderful. Professional, pleasant and one of the best massages Ive had. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a celebratory special stay away!
We booked to stay for one night in an upgraded room. Upon arrival whilst walking to our room we noticed straight away that there were multiple plates and glasses left on the floor in hallways which remained there the whole time. We then went for our dinner booking ( the food was lovely ) however the wait times were ridiculous and one member of staff was so rude, walked past us and slammed our desert menu’s on the table and did exactly the same to the table next to us in which we both complained and left without even ordering desert , we were given a free drink voucher and told it would be investigated but now the hotel are refusing any sort of compensation for our stay which was overall just negative and we both said we’ve had better stays in a premier inn !

My daughter and I really enjoy coming to the Ashford International Hotel for the spa night package. This afternoon/ evening we have loved our spa treatments with Shannon and her colleague and then dinner in the Reflections restaurant. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and our waitress Lexi was just fantastic, knowing how to get the chef to cook the steak to our liking and keeping our food and drinks flowing, just wonderful service.

I recently enjoyed a spa day at the Ashford International Hotel, booked through Spa Seekers for £49 per person. The package included one treatment, a light lunch, use of the facilities, and a glass of prosecco.

My friend and I chose the back, shoulder, and head massage. While the back massage was relaxing, we were disappointed to find that no head massage was included, which felt misleading based on the description.

We requested our lunch for 1:45 PM as we needed to leave in time for the school pick-up. Unfortunately, it arrived late, which was inconvenient. When it did arrive, the food was delicious but the portions were quite small.

The facilities were nice but compact. There’s a pool, though it was occupied by a water aerobics class for an hour around midday, a small hot tub, a steam room, a sauna, and a dimly lit relaxation room. However, the spa and changing rooms could use some attention. The tiles, in particular, are dated and in need of an update to enhance the overall experience.

One downside was parking. Although parking is free, Spa Seekers didn’t inform us, so we ended up paying £10 (£5 each for 5 hours), which could have been avoided with clearer communication.

Overall, the day was enjoyable, but there were a few frustrations. For the price, it was decent value, but better communication, updated facilities, and improved timing would have made it more memorable. I’d rate the experience 7/10.

We stayed here back in October for just 1 night, and we really enjoyed ourselves, so when I got a 50% off offer we jumped at the idea of staying again. We were staying in Canterbury for a few days, so tagged on another 2 at the end of our break.||We booked a deluxe twin bedded room, which has 2 double beds, a shower cubicle and a bath, in a very nice large en suite bathroom, there is a fridge which was great as I had some food left from the self catering place we were coming from.||We paid up front for dinner both nights, the 1st night we went into the dinning room, and Heidi remembered us from our previous stay, she is a delight, and a real credit to your restaurant team. We had a lovely meal. Cauliflower shoots for me, and goats cheese for hubby as starters, followed by chicken piri piri, and an enormous burger for hubby, we were to full for a dessert.||The second night Heidi was off, and I went into the restaurant while my husband put some baggage into the car, I was shown to a table as I sat down my best friend called, it was freezing cold in the restaurant, and the waitress disappeared, my husband came in and we just sat there, no staff, and very cold, after about 20 minutes we decided to go and eat in the bar.||We placed our order of BBQ wings and mac and cheese, followed by grilled hallumi caesar salad and mushroom pasta. There was a bit of a problem when all dishes came out together, the mains were taken back into the kitchen, and returned when we were ready for them. They were alas cold, and had to be recooked. They were bought out and they were tasty. ||Lovely Friendly staff, comfortable hotel which we are looking forward to another nice stay with our best friend in June, hopefully Heidi will be on duty for the 3 nights we are there
