I stayed here with my Mum for a visit to family and I have to say I was impressed! The guest house was clean and inviting and the owners were both lovely. Whilst the guest house is on a busy road, the rooms are quiet and I didn’t hear any of the other guests during my stay. Plenty of parking and the ability to charge your electric car if needed. The breakfast was amazing and was cooked fresh to order. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be doing so again in the future.

Very welcoming and friendly proprietor - when we checked in our room was ready ahead of official check in time and we were given a town map and directions into Banbury which is 10-15 minutes walk. Everything in our room that you could want, the room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom with good shower. Full English Breakfast was very filling and as we wanted to leave early they were able to provide this at a time suitable for us. Other guests had requested a take-away breakfast which was so thoughtful and a good option if you wanted to depart early. I would recommend this guest house, and would stay in again if we are in the area.

Myself and my partner, Jacqui, stayed with Julie and Ayman over the Cropredy Festival weekend. Once again everything was superb. We were properly welcomed and looked after. We have stayed here many times as a base for Cropredy Festival. Julie and Ayman are perfect hosts and clearly work hard to make sure every guest is well looked after. ||Breakfasts were superb and set us up for the day. Lots of variety and lots of it. ||The room, as ever, was spacious, spotless and really comfortable. As per our previous stays, everything was very positive. We have already booked our next stay at the Ashlea||Mart and Jax.

Ayman and Julie run a really great B&B. We have been staying there every year for years. The room we stay in is extremely comfortable and has all we need. Ayman cooks the most fantastic breakfasts and will do special requested things such as Marmite on toast with a poached egg or two on top. There is also a wide variety of other things on the menu. Julie is amazing and goes out of her way to do extra things for us. This B&B is highly recommended by us.

Fabulous stay at ashlea for 3 nights. Travelled down from Scotland for the Grand Prix. 15 minutes walk to Banbury train station. Nice comfy rooms and breakfast was superb.Nothing was a problem. Lovely couple Parking was a bonus.Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area . Already thinking about it for next year

A really nice, friendly, guest house very well situated near the centre of Banbury and within walking distance of Banbury cross. I particularly liked my room, which felt much more like an ordinary bedroom than a standard, soulless, hotel room.
