Fabulous lodges, so well maintained and spotlessly cleaned. Lovely hot tubs with the majority of the lodges. Great location too. Friendly, very helpful staff at reception and checking the hot tubs. A lovely cafe open every day 9-4 and a pizzeria open 4 nights a week (I think) food is excellent and staff friendly.

This is an excellent location for relaxing holiday. The lodges are superb and certainly live up to their 5 star rating. They are beautifully presented, warm and so comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and make your stay an enjoyable experience. As a bonus there is a great cafe/ pizzeria on site that serves beautiful food. I highly recommend this holiday park.

When we first arrived the staff were very friendly, The lodge we were in was very clean and spacious. The hot tub was amazing!! Which gets cleaned every morning. The shop on site has a good variety of items to purchase and the Cafe food looked great. ||We would also recommend bringing a fairly bright torch as the path from the shops to the cabins isn’t lit, we would also suggest bringing some grippy footwear as the outside patio can get very slippery when wet.||The cabin itself could do with minor work for example, the door that leads from the living room to the bedrooms does not close properly so if you have a window open it will slap shut, the gas oven didn’t work properly as the grill part was broken. Other than these small issues it was great and we had a fantastic time, we would highly recommend and we would stay again.

We stayed in kestrel lodge by lake From arrival to sad departure we had a lovely relaxed time. The reception staff very friendly and helpful The lodge was very clean warm comfortable with everything you could possibly need there was even a lovely Xmas tree all lit up when we walked in a lovely touch. This is the second time we have been and we will be coming again We also had a pizza in the Pizzeria which was delicious and I think reasonably priced again staff very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend thank you again for a lovely stay. We stayed 25 th November for my husbands birthday which he enjoyed very much at Ashlea Pools

We have just had a perfect 4 night stay in an Oak vip pet friendly lodge. From the second we arrived we were made to feel so welcome … the lodge was gorgeous , stylish, well equipped, warm and immaculately clean throughout. We have been to many lodges but this has to be the best by far, every little detail has been thought about .. even a little torch on the key fob to help in the dark ! The Wi-Fi was down after recent storms which was a shame but these things happen and it didn’t spoil our stay. It was lovely to have a Christmas tree and a welcome basket too. |We ate twice at the Pizzeria, the festive meat fondue was amazing and the pizzas were delicious and good value… you can order take out too.. |A big shout out to all the staff who are all so friendly and helpful , you can tell that they are happy working there and are appreciated by the owners . We definitely be going back next year … can’t wait !!

Lovely accomodation with everything you need for a self-catering break. Clean, spacious, 2 bedrooms, one with en suite. Large decking area and a lovely hot tub. Reception staff are lovely & very helpful. Bit of a drive to get anywhere but perfect for
a chilled weekend away

We had expected an early check-in and then on arrival was told there was no WiFi and a misunderstanding with the lodge I was expecting it just to go horribly down hill, booked in for a week and I thought oh god this is just gonna be disappointing.|However, with the best team of staff and a fantastic turn around we managed to get a modem and the lodge we had hoped for. Sara did a brilliant job communicating with other staff members and within the hour happiness was resolved. Thanks guys your truly a great team and we massively appreciated your efforts.|The lodge furnishings are all high end quality, spotless and faultless,all the positive reviews about the place, food, hottubs everything definitely live up to expectations. ||My only issue is please in future be clearer or make Hoesesons bookings clearer about which Oak Vip you are booking to stay in. Other than that perfect 🥰

We arrived for our 3 night stay and were welcomed by the amazing ladies on reception. We arrived early so had to wait for our lodge, we had coffee and cakes in the Cafe which were amazing definitely worth a try!||We then checked into our lodge (Willow VIP) i think it was, the lodge was amazing spotlessly clean and just what we needed for a relaxing stay. ||That night we headed to the Pizzeria for a couple of pizzas then ate them in the lodge, these Pizzas are a must! Worth every penny.||We re-booked for next new years on the first night of staying there as we loved the lodge that much and the surroundings.||Thanks to all the team and look forward to returning next December 😀
