Ray & Valerie catered for our wedding. I cannot put words to how delicious the food was. We had a selection of 4 canapes, the mushroom starter and a choice of 3 giant pan dishes, and every part of it was fantastic. Our guests all said how incredible the food was.
Not only this, but Valerie and Ray were so lovely in the build up. They responded quickly to emails, visited the venue for a site visit, helped solve problems and were a very calming presence, as well as being so enthusiastic to be involved.
I would absolutely ask Ashridge Delicious to cater for us again.

Ashridge delicious recently catered my wedding of around 100 people, providing the canapes, the wedding breakfast, and desserts.

The food was excellent and universally enjoyed by all of our guests.

The quality was outstanding and a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements were accommodated on the day.

Valerie and Ray were both kind and professional throughout, they have a real passion for quality food and I would highly recommend them.

Ashridge Delicious were originally recommended to us by another satisfied customer and we have no hesitation passing that recommendation on. They catered for a first wedding anniversary celebration, first lunch - a fabulous risotto and two delicious salads - for extended family and then crepes and chip butties for a larger party in the evening. All the food went down very well with absolutely everyone, with everything so well organised that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Valerie was a delight to have with us during the day too.

Failed to show up to cater for our wedding.

We booked Ray at Ashridge to do the catering for our wedding. He got the dates wrong and we only found out when he failed to show on the day. Seemingly apologetic, he offered by way of apology to cater for us for an event in the future. We then booked him for another event... two weeks out, despite having confirmed, he then stopped responding to messages and failed to show again. Completely ghosted us.

Clearly lacks honesty and integrity - would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
