Really enjoyed my stay at Ashton Lodge Farm, gorgeous room with a lovely hot tub. The area is lovely and scenic. Hosts were warm and welcoming and make an epic full English! |Will definitely look into coming again

We had a fabulous stay at this farmhouse, our room was perfect, clean, comfy bed, beautifully furnished with a large en-suite! The hosts Sharon and John were so friendly and made us feel so welcome, we felt very at home! The breakfast was very good, everything you could of think of! We would definitely stay here again, no hesitation!

PLEASE BEWARE TERRIBLE STAFF EXPERIENCE AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE VENUE! ||We went to Ashton Lodge in December for a family wedding booked a room for the night for myself, my husband and two young children. Then there was a separate room for my parents. There were dead flies in the window sill on arrival when we checked-in which was not a great sign from the start. The heating was a problem all day as it was cold and the heating wasn’t on. When I put my children to bed at 8pm I checked the radiators and there wasn’t any heating on. Throughout the night there was still no heating and the children were that cold they had to get into bed with us. The heating wasn’t put on until 7am the next morning.||||We were told at check-in that breakfast was at 9am so when we got to the breakfast area (which is completely outside the actual house) the one lady on duty was still setting up. There was also no heating in the area and it was extremely cold. Drinks were brought out slowly with some cereal. It was that cold in the room that when a tea pot was put near a glass of apply juice the glass exploded everywhere which was right by my 6 month old daughters push chair that she was in 10 seconds before! There was no help from the staff to retrieve all the pieces of glass even after asking several times. The staff couldn’t careless that glass was all over the table, chairs, my daughters pushchair, teddy and much more. We were left to pick as much up as we could. Someone cut their self in the process of cleaning and that was not looked into either. I asked to speak to the manager several times and it took her 20 minutes to come and speak to me. She wrote everything down but gave me pathetic excuses for everything that happened. Once I’d finished speaking to the manager there was still no breakfast on the table and it didn’t arrive until 60 minutes after we arrived. It wasn’t worth the wait. The breakfast was small and lukewarm at best.||||I was contacted by the manager days after the event with a subpar offer of half of the money back for our stay at the lodge. I have not accepted the offer as I find it an insult after our experience. Please do not use this venue without looking into seeing if there issues have been addressed. The staff do not have a clue what they are doing, the place itself needs a lot of work doing to it and the overall experience needs to be looked at.

We'd recently visited a show in Birmingham and, rather than head straight home, we decided to book an overnight stay in rural Northamptonshire. Did we strike lucky! ||The hots are a very friendly couple and the accommodation was superb. A lovely old farmhouse with a ground-floor room furnished with a superking size bed - which was very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities and some excellent, home-made biscuits awaited our arrival. Parking was free and there was plenty of room. ||Breakfast was in the main farmhouse and the "full English" was extremely tasty. ||We were there only for one evening but we fully intend to stay there again when we're able to. ||Nearby is a canal museum (Stoke Bruerne), Towcester racecourse and Silverstone - the home of the British F1 Grand Prix.

This is a fantastic place too stay. The hosts could not have been any more friendlier.|The room was clean, we had coffee and tea making facilities, along with bath robes for the little hot tub.|Breakfast was served outside as it was a sunny day.

?Bikers?
?John & Sharron? are absolutely amazing hosts nothing is too much trouble for them, the breakfast was delicious, the room is phenomenal, cosy yet modern with tea and coffee making facilities with ensuite bathroom & shower. The bed was like a cloud☁️a giant comfy cloud, we fell to sleep instantly.
The farm has a goose (who is friendly ?) and a cockerel who sounds like a 1979 Vauxhall Astra failing to start on a winter morning?. There is also a Cat called Mr Darcy ? who's a ginger tom ? Aaannnddd various horses?

Definitely recommend this B&B ?

The review from Samantha W is NOT for Ashton Lodge farm it has been put on the wrong property and is totally incorrect it was for a hotel in rugby with a similar name called Ashton Lodge Country House Hotel in Rugby we are in Ashton Northampton and our reviews are all 9 & 10 out of 10 we also do not take children !!!!! please ignore it i have tried to get it removed ive reported several times but its still there !!!
