Couldn’t fault the service or the spa ❤️ thank you so much for providing us our wonderful hot tub, we love it! Couldn’t of had better service from Kev and Issy always happy to answer any questions I have from the moment I made my choice on spa, through install and into aftercare they have provided a service second to none. We had an issue with our Spa (purchased privately not via Aspel) and I have to say we received exceptional service from the team. Nothing was too much trouble, they managed to fit the new parts we needed immediately and get us back up and running. Both Izzy and Kevin were so friendly and helpful. They even took the time to go through how everything works so we have a better understanding of how to operator our Spa. We can't thank the team enough, we can highly recommend using Aspel, thank you so much to Izzy and Kevin.

Awesome company to deal with. Nothing left to chance regarding sales and purchasing, and value for money, right through to delivery, transportation and installation...... they know the lot. Always happy to advise best tub or swim spa for your situation and needs, moving on to advice on placement, decking, sinking for our needs, against reality of what will work best, what future repairs or warranty work could be needed !!! Therefore access is always a vital after thought but such a priority and always great to get best advice

Terrible service …we had a major problem with our swim spa…the spa had been fitted by a local fitter and it was all done via communicating with little Kev…a problem arose, which took months and months and months to be looked at…Big Kev, put in warranty claims for two pumps…he insisted that the tub be moved to a better position before he would allow us to have the pumps, he even expected us to pay for delivery of the pumps 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ when it actually turns out that it was the control panel with the buttons to change lights and jacuzzi etc…so it hadn’t been used for over a year….terrible service from a well established company.
He said something traumatic has happened to it, when in fact the control panel had failed…no apology or communication and completely blocked from social media
So the warranty was completely useless

So happy with our new Aspen Spa. Faultless sales and install experience. I did a lot of research and we are so pleased with our decision to go with an Aspen Spa through Aspel UK.

The Spa is even better than expected in the flesh and we cannot wait to spend many hours in it.

Issy was great in answering all my questions during the sales process and going the extra mile. The team's customer service and knowledge of the product has been excellent which gives me lots of confidence for the future should I need it.
