One of the better cafes in the area. Their food is delicious and looks pleasing too. They make any changes for the breakfasts. Eggs are perfectly cooked. Hash browns are lush. I love that they include some fruit with the breakfast. The only downside was that the pancakes are mediocre, as they are quite dry and I would expect them to be more moist. Therefore, I usually pick options without the pancakes.

Located a stones throw away from Bethnal Green station, Astro Cafe are serving up some of the best breakfast fare you'll come across in London. The food is freshly cooked to order, with the giant fluffy pancakes being the highlight of the menu, the service was impeccable and the vibe was super chilled, despite every table being full. At no point did we feel rushed and were allowed to savour every bite of our delicious meals.

Would definitely recommend visiting before they blow up on social media, which will no doubt happen very soon.

The food here is absolutely divine even down to the toast!
The staff as well are absolutely lovely, especially the lady who served me and my brother, she was so warm and welcoming and as I'm not a fan of tea and coffee she brought me a large orange juice rather than the small glass that came with breakfast.
I really haven't had such a lovely breakfast in a long time and I can't wait to pop down London to visit my brother and make him take me for food here again haha.

Top tier service accompanied by top tier food. Truly one of the best overall brunch experiences we’ve ever had, would highly recommend to anyone looking for healthy food and healthy portions. Everything from the tea to the coffee to the food was extraordinary (would especially recommend coffee/full English/French toast). We’ll be back!

Absolutely AMAZING service and best food we’ve ever had. The pancakes were so fluffy, French toast delicious, omelette very hardy, and avocado toast fantastic. We also had a variety of fresh squeezed juice, espresso, American and chai tea.

The home cooking is just amazing - even halal. The service fantastic!!!! Highly recommend. Hands down best breakfast we’ve ever had !

Amazing!! Absolute loved this place. Looks small from the outside but quite a few tables available. Staff is super friendly, fast service, food delicious, big portions and affordable. Option to swap one item on the dish for another one. Many vegetarian options available. I'll definitely be coming again to try the waffles. 🙂
Only - is that you have to go through the kitchen to visit the bathrooms but otherwise amazing.
