Wonderful hosts and gem of a place!! Mark could not do enough for us and topped it off with his fantastic sense of humour! Beautiful surroundings and accommodation. Clean quirky and very comfortable. Lovely full breakfast. Could not find any faults. Would definitely recommend - 5 star stay !

A big thank you to Mark and Cassie for providing a lovely base for our break away back in June. Cassie was organising a dog show so it was Mark who was our main host and what a grand job he did , although everyone were extremely welcoming - it really was a home from home.||The rooms were comfortable and clean and Mark served a nice continental breakfast.

Marvellous place, exactly what you would want from a B&B. Beautiful setting, easy to find. Room was perfectly comfortable, breakfast was terrific. Nothing overboard, just a good standard of everything.

10 stars, wow what fantastic hosts, Cassie and Mark were the most amazing hosts.|Even before I arrived I emailed Mark with a few queries, he couldn't have been more helpful. My husband and I were arriving at 6 and my son and his fiance were not arriving until 9, Mark offered to cook us a supper and also kindly said we could use the kitchen. There was a room with a table and 2 arm chairs which we were able to eat in and have a few drinks. From the moment we stepped through the front door it felt like home. Our room was fantastic overlooking the lake, wonderful bed, sheets, pillows and towels. I am not a great sleeper but can honestly say I had the best nights sleep in over 25 years. The location is rural and is very beautiful but just a short drive to Banbury and pubs. My dog Tilly had a wonderful time and Mark cooked her sausages and bacon for breakfast. Talking about breakfast it was first class so much so I was unable to eat my dinner that evening in the pub. Mark and Cassie made our stay wonderful. Thank you so much

Well what a fantastic find. Mark was very welcoming and accommodating, he couldn’t have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. What can we say, the house is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bedroom was lovely, great views, the bed was huge and very comfortable. We will most certainly be back.

Beautiful Rural house owned by Mark and Cassie. We had the room overlooking the lake and local countryside, a lovely view to wake up to. The room itself was very clean and the king size bed extremely comfortable. Nicely decorated modern style en suite which compliments the traditional style in the bedroom. Good WiFi throughout and smart TV with Netflix, Iplayer and Prime in case you are in for the evening.||Breakfast is set out in one of the downstairs rooms. A good selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast and tea/coffee included. You can get a full English for £10 but we decided not to. ||Mark and Cassie were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay at this B&B again when next in the area.

Superb. Never stopped in a shepherds hut before and thought it was fantastic. Located in beautiful countryside surrounded by sheep and wildlife. The hut has everything you need. Highly recommended. Great hosts too. Couldn’t do enough to make the stay enjoyable.
