We were in this beautiful cottage with Christmas. It is well equipped, and it was spotless. A real cosy cottage feeling. It is situated in a small town near Hexham. Perfect to visiting The Lake District and Northumberland. Allso nice walks straight from the cottage. The host welcomed us with Christmas crackers and minced pies. We will definitely return!

We had a lovely few days in Acomb. The house was immaculately clean, very comfortable and the log burner was just fab!

Lots to do in the local area, although we spent a lot of time in the house as it was so welcoming.

We will definitely be recommending Atte Combe Cottage to all our friends and family. The cottage was lovely, the lemon drizzle cake delicious, the beds comfy, shower amazing and the garden beautiful. We got soaked through on one of the days so was lovely to be able to have the log fire to warm us up. I don't think there was a single thing we needed that Angela hadn't thought of. The location was perfect for visiting the various different sites of Hadrian's wall. We would love to come back to Atte Combe Cottage when returning to Northumberland and you should too.

What a beautiful cottage! Spotlessly clean and super cosy. The beds were really comfy and the towels lovely and fluffy. All of which added up to 5 star accommodation. We'd love to go back again for a longer stay.

What a wonderful stay we had in this beautiful cottage.
We felt at home the moment we stepped through the front door until it was time to leave.

We absolutely loved staying at Angela’s place! It was clean and had a lovely garden and sun room. Close drive to Hadrian’s wall and Hexham center with plenty of great dining options and things to do. Angela was very quick to respond and so helpful. 10/10 recommend. We hope to visit again in the future!
