My husband and I booked 1 massage and 1 massage/facial and both services were wonderful. We are not from London and booking through them was very easy by email and the staff were quick to respond and very accommodating of our schedule. The services are reasonably priced for a hotel spa and there is also a steam room and sauna that you can enjoy prior to your services.

We had a wondeful experience at the spa, three of us came for a girls trip/spa break and it was even better than expected. Two of us had a Swedish massage by the lovely Toni, it was brilliant! My first massage and it was amazing! I will definitely be returning for another! One of us got a facial by the wondeful Yoana, who did a fantastic job, all the ladies were very inviting and informative, was a highlight of our stay.

A small (three treatment rooms) with Gym, Sauna and Steam Room spa which is just perfect at this time. Didn't want to go somewhere where it was packed, and this felt safe and exclusive with just my daughter and I having treatments and the place all to ourselves! Staff were just lovely, and Tony in particular who gave me my massage was lovely. She even extended it because by daughters treatment was taking longer. Had a facial by a lady who was able to tell me what type would suit my face best and my daughter had a non chemical face peel. Would come back again for sure.

I booked my Facial and Aromatic Massage as I was jet lagged from 14 hour flight.
Firstly the spa is conveniently located in the Lower Ground floor of Park Plaza County hall hotel.Easily approachable by waterloo station.
I had my facial by YOANA.She assessed my skin type and tailored my Face treatment according to my dry skin.She also went an extra mile to use Hyaloronic acid for my skin type which was great.Thanks Yoana.
My massage was booked for the afternoon and I was hosted by Melissa.She is very professional and knows exactly where the Trigger points are.Can't thank her enough.I felt light like a feather by the end of treatment.Definitely going again.

My appointment was cancelled and I still waiting for my money back (already 2 weeks) I try to contact them by phone and email but no one reply to me. So sad and annoying. Never recommend them.
