Highly recommend. This was my second visit for afternoon tea, it was not disappointing. The tea itself it excellent value with a great variety of sweet and savoury, it is also deceptively filling, consistent and extremely tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed and the facilities spotless. Staff are well presented, friendly, personable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was delivered by our server Adel who took the time to explain and share with my guests her knowledge of tea. This was a special celebration for me which was also acknowledged. My guests and I took great delight in sharing this quality experience together. Try it, I’m sure you will enjoy.

The almost one week at this property was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived from the U.S., the Concierge and Front Desk Attendants could not have been more customer-focused. The three onsite restaurants each offered a unique blend of unique cuisines. The location is ideal for the Conference Center, and a short (5 min.) walk to downtown if you want a change of venues. The hotel is artistically designed, and spotless. Don't pass it up.

We went to Brasserie to celebrate our sons 17th birthday. We wanted something different and a level up from all the gastro pubs. We were really happy. The ambience, lighting, the food quality, and the service were exceptional. They added special touches such as a greeting card and a hand piped happy birthday in chocolate. The service was quick but relaxed, and the mocktails were very well received by the teenagers

It was a pleasure to celebrate a friends birthday with an afternoon tea at The Aviator, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the stunning views added to the prestige of the afternoon.

The selection of teas was exquisite, and the variety of the food was amazing - each bite was a delight.

What added to the making the experience exceptional, was our server, Adele. She was nothing short of perfect—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. She took the time to ensure that every detail was taken care of and made us feel incredibly special throughout the entire experience. Her warm and welcoming personality really added to the celebration, The servers that looked after us once Adele had left for the day were also fantastic and we couldn't have asked for better service.

The cocktails are also out of this world. Top class ingredients, and presentation and tasted so good - we may have had several..!!

Thank you to Adele and the team at The Aviator for making this birthday afternoon tea so memorable. It was a truly lovely celebration, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

We stayed as a couple for one night. |The room was excellent, it was spacious, spotless, with everything we needed and a very comfortable bed. |The cocktails in the Sky bar were very good, as were the liqueur coffees and the service.|We had the taster menu in the Brasserie, which was nice enough, but the service was a little overbearing at times! |I’d definitely return to the hotel, but probably wouldn’t eat in the Brasserie again.

My partner and I have dined quite often for special occasions in The Brasserie in The Aviator and have always had a wonderful experience. We thought that we would try out their One Eleven restaurant for a change and we were just as impressed. It was another special occasion and we will definitely dine there again and probably with friends next time.

We went for dinner which was lovely & our waiter was very professional & attentive. |Just one point that surprised us for a hotel of this standard - there were groups of smokers right outside the front door so we had to walk through the smoke to go inside. I mentioned it to the concierge who said they were allowed to smoke out there because it was a smoking point! |Shame & not a good look for such a smart hotel.

We decided to celebrate Mothers' Day with afternoon tea. We enjoy The Aviator on many occasions and the tea did not disappoint. A lovely selection of cakes, savouries and scones and special teas. The violinist outside of the Sky Bar was a nice touch. It did not disappoint.
