This cute little coffee shop was a delightful find!

My cousin and I were in the area and decided to look up a nearby coffee shop, and we stumbled upon this gem. The place had a really friendly and cozy vibe. I ordered the special of the day, an Iced Lotus Biscoff latte, which was something different very enjoyable. The lady working there was incredibly friendly—I regret not getting her name. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

I came across this place by sheer accident. I was nearby in Digbeth searching for a coffee shop (always has to be an independent one) when this one came up. Shifted my car into D (I’m an automatic driver) and found parking not too far away. I was quite surprised to see a modern coffee shop with outdoor seating nestled within a new build. It was similar to something you would find in London.

Anyways I was greeted by a very happy barista who obliged to make me a flat white. Now, I do avoid chains and only like frequenting independents, this definitely stacks up there with one of the better tasting coffees.

Location is ideal for the many residents in the nearby blocks as well as the commercial trade who visit China town and Arcadian. The outdoor seating is charming especially when the sun is out like today.

If I was looking for any negatives then I would reluctantly state that the flat white was slightly frothy for my liking however overall a really good cup and definitely a place I will visit again and again if I am nearby.

Poor service. I asked for NO to less ice cubes in my coffee & this is what they did, a giant ice piece. I told them why they added this when I specifically told you multiple times I do not want ice, their reaction was “Aww”. What nonsense is that? I paid £5 for ice!!! Where is the customer service? First time I came across such a bad service experience.

Super friendly and welcoming. When a drink was accidentally spilled, she remade it for us and made sure we were taken care of. And she was super helpful explaining to us what different things were. 10/10 if we were staying in the area longer we would have come back everyday for breakfast and coffee.

Love the little cosy cafe - a hidden gem in Chinese Quarter. The coffee is good (definitely better than 90% of those in Bull Ring) and service is warm. The young staff Alice expressed genuine pleasure in her job and our chat was wonderful. I worked for a while there, looking out from the window and relaxing.... the time there made my day! Will keep returning ?

I had reserved a TGTG Surprise Bag but when I came to collect it during the designated time slot, the shop was closed. I forgot if this is the 2nd or the 3rd time already! This is really frustrating! Every person's time is precious. If no surprise bags are available or no staff is attending at the shop, it should be reported to TGTG so that we'd be notified and we wouldn't have wasted our time and effort. This is simply unacceptable.
The shop is supposed to be open until 6pm on weekdays. But it's already closed at 4:30pm today!

High quality Strawberry Matcha, excellent service and friendly staff. Talk of the town and a must try!! If you like Matcha drinks you going to love the Matcha with variety of flavours.
