I took my mum and myself for an Ayurvedic massage and had a wonderful experience. Working at a computer I have tension in my back and shoulders. My whole body was treated with herbal oils, including a soothing head massage that left me feeling relaxed.

Vijay, the massage therapist, took the time to explain the entire process, which I appreciated. He was knowledgeable and focused on releasing the knots and tension. The session ended with a steam bath, which really helped the oils absorb into my skin and detoxify my body.

What an absolute gem!
These two lovely people are traditionally trained in Ayurvedic therapies and they are passionate about their work.
I had my first massage with Remya and what can I say, it was the most beautiful hour spent in a long time. She is kind and caring as well as professional in her work.
The massage is thorough and holistically therapeutic and you come away after a steam feeling marvellous.
I am looking forward to my next visit and have also recommended to family members.

I can highly recommend Ayur Mantra Ayurvedic spa. I recently injured my lower back , after a full body massage with Vijay and the steam box , I am feeling totally better.
The massage is the best I’ve ever experienced, it was relaxing with the perfect pressure to relieve the tension in my back. The steam box finishes the massage perfectly. A wonderful experience, Vijay is professional and knowledgeable and truly talented. I would definitely encourage anyone to book in and experience this massage , also the spa is located on street lane which is extremely easy to find and easy to park .

Vijay is an incredibly talented therapist, you simply can’t compare the regular sports massage to Ayurvedic. If you are looking for a full body reset and complete relaxation then I highly recommend a visit. I have also been treated for a recurring acute shoulder/back issue and it has resolved my pain multiple times 🤍
