Very unprofessional and untrustworthy – avoid!
I had a terrible experience at Ayuspa Kenton. The staff are completely unprofessional and have no respect for personal information. I made a complaint over 3 weeks ago and was promised a refund within 7 days — it’s now been over 3 weeks and I’m still waiting, with no resolution in sight.

To make matters worse, the hygiene in the treatment rooms was far from adequate — not what you’d expect from a place that claims to offer wellness services. Overall, a very disappointing experience. If you value your time, money, privacy, and basic cleanliness, I’d strongly recommend staying away.

I visited Ayuspa Harrow Branch today and had a session with Dr. Swati. She is an excellent therapist, and I’m very happy with the service she provided. However, I do have a few areas of feedback that could improve the overall experience.
Firstly, the hygiene and cleanliness of the room need more attention. The space, especially around the corners and the shower room (which is now being used to store items), could be much cleaner and tidier. A spa environment should feel pristine and relaxing, so this is an area that needs improvement.
Secondly, I have to mention that every time I visit, I feel like too much oil is used during the treatment. Even after the session, I still feel overly oily, which is uncomfortable. It would be great if the amount of oil could be adjusted to suit my preference or if there were an option to remove excess oil afterward.
Despite these issues, I appreciate the quality of the therapy provided by Dr. Swati. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and the amount of oil used, my experience could be even better.

The therapists and Dr Reshma are lovely and do what they can to give customers a wonderful experience (5-stars for them!). Unfortunately, let down by poor hygiene standards, the dirtiest and most cluttered treatment rooms further let down by the owner’s (business) partner whose interest only appears to be revenue. Showcasing a Rolex watch, gold jewellery and a 3-piece suit at reception sadly isn’t in-keeping with the ethos of the place. Time to consider investing in your hard-working staff and the building 🙏

Had the Abhyanga massage today which was excellent. Really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my shoulders and calves. At the end felt totally relaxed and rejuvenated. Vimal is very skillful I would certainly recommend him.

Very good however, the experience would be better if I had access to your shower to get the very oily lotion you applied. It meant that I had to put my clothes back on with a very oily body that transferred to everything I touched in my car etc etc. You’re a premium massage parlour and the prices reflect that so just go the extra mile and you’ll see it pays off. The other qualm I have is that you have Amex stickers plastered everywhere and when I asked if you accept Amex you asked me if I had another card unless I wanted to pay extra to use Amex. That’s not on and you should take your Amex stickers off if that’s your stance. The masseuse himself was absolutely fantastic and I will definitely return, just take heed of my advice. It won’t cost you much more but will ensure many more return customers. I have a professional retail business also and I’ve learnt this over the last 20 years of trading. Thank you 🙏🏽
