We’ve been coming here for years because it’s our favourite place to visit near the Cairngorms. Fantastic site, walks and paths from the site to Loch Morlich and away into the hills too. Just a fantastic place with great staff too, 10/10

Eco pods are perfect. The heating works well so it's very cozy. We stayed with two adults so there was so much space and the bed folds out to a massive bed. Toilet and kitchen facilities were a 1 min walk away and clean. Staff were friendly. 1 hour walk to loch morlich and the glen mhor visitor centre for a hot drink! Would recommend

Great location for the surrounding area of this post if the Cairngorms. We stayed just after the school holidays had ended so it was nice and quiet. Cabins were cute. Electricity has to be paid for on cards you place into the better in your cabin so bring some £1 coins with you! The staff we met were helpful, but the lack of staff on site after 4pm made check in and any questions we had upon arrival a bit more difficult. Would recommend though!

We spent a lovely week here. The location is a great base camp for all activities. We brought our bikes and made good use of the bike park at the back of the site, as well as exploring around the area on the many trails through the forest. The accommodation suited us perfectly as an extended family with additional needs. My father is a wheelchair user and the lodge and surrounding site were very accessible. There is an option to hire adaptive bikes for people with various levels of ability and mobility, though he didn't try it this time. My children are AuDHD and benefited hugely from the relatively safe site area where they could play, run around and ride their bikes. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and even came to the lodge to help my son track down a distressing beeping sound he had heard that turned out to be the tumble dryer 🤣 We enjoyed eating at The Penny Bun which had fantastic food and lovely staff. The only thing that could have been better would have been if there was access to a hot tub or sauna for after biking/hiking.
