How lucky I was to choose Badger Fields for my one night stay over in Mytholm on the Pennine Way. Miriam was the perfect host serving up the tea in the garden on arrival after I had exhausted myself on the steep climb from the village. An in house evening meal was also most welcome; I definitely did not want to go foraging around the area after such a hard day. A comfortable room for a good nights sleep and a full breakfast set me up for the next stage. Thcey also have a very good laundry service here,

Excellent B and B on the Pennine way.|Great hosts, who are very welcoming. Nice cup of tea and a scone on arrival. Evening meal home cooked was excellent ( but Byo beer wine).||Accommodation was ample Too. But watch out for low beams. Excellent breakfast and good packed lunch.

Beautiful location very close to the trail. We had a very friendly welcome with tea and a delicious Victoria sponge. Everyone loved the roast pork and Miriam had made a lovely lentil bake for me. Very comfortable room.

Stayed in early April as a stop on the Pennine way long distance walk. As a single traveler I stayed in an attic room, perfectly well appointed despite not having an en suite..As a tall man I learnt to duck under the beams but still had a lovely nights sleep and superbly cooked breakfast.

Had a great night here after a long walk. Fantastic hospitality and a lovely breakfast. Very convenient for walking including the Pennine Way. Thoroughly recommended. Easy taxi journey to excellent local pub for evening meal.

A warm welcome was received on arrival.||||The hosts normally provide dinner but as it was lambing season we were directed to the Stubbins Wharf restaurant in the town, great food and massive portions!||||The house was warm and comfortable.||||The breakfast was very tasty and the hosts were very understanding.
