Bagshaw hall exceeded our expectations. We loved the charm, style and historic features. We were in one of the apartments with a small kitchen which was perfect for our needs with a microwave, fridge and a cafetière with quality ground coffee provided which I especially appreciated. The bedroom was spacious with a huge bed and original features and a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom with quality toiletries. All immaculately clean. |There is a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking Bakewell perfect an aperitif and listening to the birds. |Georgina was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. |Lots of walks directly from the hall and we were able to leave our car there after checkout to spend the day walking. |Thanks Bagshaw Hall team for a wonderful stay.

We stayed 1 night in Bagshaw Lodge. Lovely, light, clean room with a nice view. Excellent check in & welcome. Great tea & coffee provided. Bathroom was nice & modern too. Parking was very handy & hosts were good enough to let us leave the car for a while after check out while we popped into town for breakfast. Will definitely return

We booked a few rooms to base a few days of hiking in the Peak District, and it was pretty much perfect! The hosts are very friendly and attentive, and the aparthotels style rooms are well equipped with a small kitchenette (microwave, sink, kettle, fridge) and good pressure shower. The beds were spacial and comfortable. The location is great, 2 mins from Bakewell centre, which itself is filled with great shops, pubs and at least 5 "award winning" Bakewell tart shops!||Thoroughly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay in Bakewell. We have just returned from a one night stay in this wonderful accommodation, nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and welcoming team there. The property is immaculately clean and very well equipped. We hope to return again soon

What an absolutely stunning house. It's a converted manor house, in which they've got a good selection of rooms and suites for everyone. The rooms are smart, spacious, and just plain awesome. The lounge area is nice to relax in and the view from the garden over the village is sublime. Good location to town and plenty of parking. Would recommend for anyone who wants a fabulous stay in the country.

Stayed in room 9 at the front of the building. Lovely view of the area from the room and garden.|Staff were all very nice and welcoming and keen to help.|Beware of the steep slope when walking to and from the property, but it's only a short walk to the center of Bakewell (and a nice pint!).|Although we didn't have the breakfast, it smelt really good in the mornings being delivered. |We would definitely recommend a stay and would be happy to revist.|Thank you 😊.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was an ideal location. Up a hill so there were stunning views across the town to the green hills beyond but convenient for walking into town to eat in the evening. The room itself was a reasonable size with both wardrobe space and drawers for clothes, the fridge and kitchenette was adequate (we only used it for breakfast and making tea/coffee) and the bath with shower over was appreciated. The mattress on the bed may need replacing soon as we could feel the springs but we slept ok.

We had a family gathering hiring a variety of rooms for a couple of nights. We could access Bakewell town centre very easily. Rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and town views across the valley. As well as tea and coffee making facilities there was a fridge, sink and microwave. Staff very helpful, particularly as party included a baby. We had an issue with our bathroom window not closing, which was looked at but not resolved in the duration of our stay. There was a lounge area we could utilise as a group.
