Stayed in the Lincoln Farmhouse, as there were 14 of us and three dogs. Lovely on the face of it. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of crockery, but could do with more cutlery - especially knives and forks. Having two dishwashers was great and ‘new’ oven range was amazing. My only gripe is that, for the same price, we have stayed in a cleaner/ better equipped house. The interior of the house is ‘looking tired’ and in need of some TLC. The kitchen sinks need a good bleach and the wooden drainers a scrub down. Found it odd that no antiseptic cleaner, extra cloths, or tea towels were provided. Shower hose in my en-suite had a side leak, so when I showered my two year old granddaughter I got a leg shower. Floor in main area needs a good clean, as does glass figments and windows. No washing machine or dryer in house and for the size of it I would have expected a designated area. Entrance mat could do with renewing with a bigger one, or two of the same. More hooks for towels and robes would be useful in bedroom areas |Hot tubs, fire pit, pool table, towels etc are brill, as is onsite shop and restaurant/bar. Lovely 30 minute walk to village.

Absolutely fantastic again. Our third stay at Bainland this year! |We’ve previously stayed in larger lodges and shared with friends or family, but stayed in a little 1 bed Kingerby lodge this time. Spotless, high spec, tastefully done as usual. There’s nowhere I feel more relaxed than an Bainland. The birds, the trees, the peace and quiet, the hot tub, and the luxury feel just makes all stresses disappear. Everything is so well spaced out that even when fully booked it’s extremely quiet and relaxing. It never feels crowded at all. Staff are wonderful. |Booked again for next April.|If there’s anywhere better to holiday in the UK for couples, families or large groups, I’d love to know about it.|My only suggestions for slight improvement would perhaps be to apply the lovely golden wood stain to outdoor timber (lodge, decking, fences and furniture) a little more often, because it looks so much nicer then when the wood has greyed. Also, a Pino Blush option at the bar would just tick off that final box for my wife.|Well done Bainland. |See you again in April. Can’t wait.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Bainland, our Lodge was lovely, very modern with really nice interior decoration. Really good size lounge and kitchen area. Rooms are a great sizes all with large bathrooms with big showers. The Nest restaurant is really nice to have drinks and food. Staff are all really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, looking forward to returning next year. ?

I love it here! I’ve already been twice and will be retuning at the end of this month for my birthday. I’ve stayed in Bear and Dragonfly - both lodges were incredible. Beautifully decorated, lovely and comfortable and full of everything you need for a perfect break away. The staff are lovely and friendly and there is so much to do on site - a walk, swim, gym, restaurant and shop! Woodhall Spa is so beautiful and has all of the amenities you need. The main stretch is just a short walk out of the site and to the left. I honestly really rate Bainland for a break away and look forward to returning shortly!

We went for the weekend for a family birthday celebration and it was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. The lodge is amazing. The photos don't do it justice. Lots of extra little touches. The bar area is lovely and we had in lodge catering from The Next. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here with my partner and we absolutely loved it. We had been looking for a nice staycation and this was just what we needed. It was a beautiful and quiet lodge - very cozy. We also liked The Nest and found the food to be good. Staff were friendly and accomodating. We will definitely be returning.

Had a superb time at the bainland lodge retreat. The lodges were perfect for our young family of four, with an enclosed garden and a hot tub.|We found the activities for our 3 year old great along and the activity playground was great to keep them entertained.|We also found it really handy to be able to book the time slots for the pool so it was never overcrowded when we were in there. Quite often it was just in there which was great.|We found the service from the instructors, to the reception, shop keepers and the bar staff were all superb and welcoming for our stay.||We will definitely be rebooking for 2025

Fantastic retreat to relax. Lodges are lovely, the park is so well kept and all the team are so friendly. The beds in the ponds lodges were genuinely one of the comfiest I've slept in.
The dogs were well looked after too. Have been before and sure I will go again.
