We hired Cathy for a wedding buffet and she was absolutely amazing! Her communication at every stage was brilliant, she was perfect with our dietary needs, and the food she made was absolutely delicious!! We will definitely be recommending her and using her again.
She also went above and beyond for us when the venue was late with her tables, she kept me calm and got them sorted out lol.
I asked for little woodland touches and she made mushrooms out of tomatoes and other wonderful touches ❤ Really couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Cathy!!

We ordered from the premium buffet for a party of 45 - it was a good range of choices. Food was stunningly presented. Colorful and luscious. The salmon and the dairy free quiche were winners! The salads were flavorful and unique. The desserts in generous portions. My family and friends have enjoyed the feast prepared by Cathy. Thank you!

I attended a Space to Breathe coaching retreat in Carcassonne and Cathy Elms provided the cuisine during the week. What can I say? 10 stars- would definitely recommend for any catering during private functions, holidays or retreats. The food was amazing, varied and healthy- Cathy prepared absolutely everything from scratch and I have never felt better after all her lovely food. She promised that we would be eating the rainbow and our microbiomes would be cured and she delivered! Highly recommend.

I’ve recently returned from a retreat for health professionals in France, and was lucky enough to have Cathy providing the food. Every day we had delicious, nutritious, varied, meals, gorgeous snacks and smoothies, all tailored to our various dietary requirements. It was apparent so much thought, love, and creativity had gone into each and every dish, and the meals were such a core part of our collective enjoyment of the retreat. We couldn’t have been happier with the catering Cathy did for our party in the garden on Saturday. We had a beautifully presented finger buffet selection for 40 people. It was all delicious and especially popular were the blue cheese and mango chutney scones and fresh fruit platter.

Cathy catered for my parents' 70th birthday party, making canapés for around 60 people. The food was easy to order, good value for money and looked beautiful but most importantly - tasted delicious!
