Great little cafe right near the water. Very pretty and cosy. Good choices on the menu. The chicken parmigiana toastie was really nice but the top slice of bread was very hard. Other than that a lovely cafe. Highly recommend the cheesecake brownie!

Been a few times. Always disappointing. Ever optimistic. Sadly on our latest visit the oven was not working, and they’d run out of soup and a bunch of other things (at 1:30). Ordered three sandwiches all dreadful. Dry. Tasteless. No napkins brought. No cutlery brought. With the great produce available in the cotswolds I’d be embarrassed to serve this. Staff are nice though. Will continue to be busy because of the location and deluge of tourists, sadly.

Narda from Bakery on the water created this beautiful Victorian sponge with buttercream and strawberry jam, topped off with dessicated coconut for my wife's birthday. It was delicious, thank you.

We used to patronise here almost every weekend while residing in UK 25yrs ago. And quality served us still as wonderful. Our must go to is the BAP & Scones Tea Set.
It has become our yearly pilgrimage when we make our trip back to UK. ❤️

A very nice family run bakery with a wide selection of fresh baked goods and eggs to go along with their teas and coffees. We had breakfast there 3 times! The employees were very nice and always had a smile.

Lovely little bakery selling nice tasty food and drinks . Dog friendly and there's also seating outside if the weather's nice ?. Yet again it doesn't really matter if it's raining windy or cold here as they have 2 greenhouses with tables and chairs in that you can sit in and it's brilliant . Nice and cosy and what a great idea ?. Edit , went back yesterday morning for a sandwich and coffee and as it was cold and raining we wanted to sit in the greenhouses that they had last year but sadly the greenhouses have gone and only when looking at our bill when leaving we noticed an added service charge on the bottom of the bill ?. it's not the cost of the service charge it's just the cheek of adding it without asking ! Getting more like America every day . Top tip , ( pardon the pun ) pay YOUR staff and don't expect customers to pay their wages out of tips ?
