Lovely location but in need of some TLC. We stayed in Bramble and it definitely needs repainting and repairs finished. For a 6 bed cottage, only 5 dining chairs, superking bed is actually 2 singles pushed together and no TV signal!!

Exceptional
Just left "Love Bird" after 7 amazing days at Haddon Grove Farm cottages. Everything perfect, clean premises, staff with always a smile which made us feel at home. Special words for Mark that was so kind showing us the place and leaving us with that feeling that we need to be back. Swimming pool is good, Plenty of space for BBQ around. Nice trails and places to visit. If you like quiet and peace, but with Bakewell 6 min driving which you can find some shops that's where you wanna go.
Definitely a Yes Yes.

Beautiful houses in the perfect location. We stayed in the 4 bedroom cottage which was brilliant. All en suites with a great kitchen and lounge area. Lovely and secure with the automatic gate and plenty of parking. Loved the outdoor area which we used with the dogs and used the BBQ. There's even a pool and games room which we didn't just buy amazing to have. Honestly can't fault it

Fabulous cottage stay with the family. The property was lovely and clean. Excellent service - we had a couple of issues with appliances and the admin team got straight on it. The pool and games area were lovely. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Cuckoo for four nights with our little dog. The cottage is absolutely charming- very comfortable with all the amenities you could wish for. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and luxurious particularly the bedding and towels. The toiletries and generous welcome pack were fabulous additions. The grounds of the complex are beautifully maintained and so many facilities on site (swimming pool, bbqs, pizza oven, HUGE field for exercising the dog). We had one minor issue with the hot water- a quick call to Sally and this was fixed by Mark within the hour. Very impressive. We loved every minute here and even though I was feeling a little poorly on our final day so did not venture out, I was glad to stay cuddled up on the sofa with the TV on! We will definitely return and we’ll done to all the team.

Had a superb long weekend for my daughters 30th birthday . Used four of the cottages , all unique and beautiful. Everything you needed was there. Any issues whatsoever were addressed immediately. Rebecca and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful. Swimming pool, games room and grounds were superb. All 30 people in the group loved the weekend . Great please , would definitely come again .

We had the most gorgeous stay in Love Nest, I honestly couldn't fault a thing. So much care and attention to detail has gone into ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage itself was even nicer than the images on the website which was such a welcome surprise.

My husband did a bit of travel writing in South Africa and we have been fortunate enough to stay at many 5 star luxury hotels, and I can easily say I've never stayed at accommodation that was so clean, it was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a big plus, even in summer. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed too. Gorgeous grounds with a lovely, warm swimming pool - what more could you ask for.

Overall, a 10/10 stay for us!
