We stayed at Baldwin House over the weekend 21/22 June whilst we attended a family wedding. We were greeted by Dave the owner who was a lovely man and made us welcome straight away. We were shown to our room the Mitton. It was beautiful, light and airy very clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable and all bedding was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was amazing with a corner bath and a walk in shower and toilet. Again it was all spotlessly clean. There was tea and coffee facilities in the room with biscuits , my grandaughter loved these. There is also a microwave and mini fridge. Can't recommend this B&B enough. The cleanliness, welcome and hospitality are all 5☆ Dave even went above and beyond and let us use his fridge to store cakes for the wedding. The breakfast is amazing and is all made from local products. The mushrooms were exemplary. I struggled to eat it all but with princess Dave's dog giving me a hand, we managed to finish it. This B&B is a gem in the heart of Stourport. We shall definately be visiting again.

I travelled to this interesting historical hotel hotel on 30 Sept 24.|I was given the 4 poster bed room with the large balcony which had its own table and chairs.|It had a very comfy bed and ensuite shower room plus white bath robes.|The owner Dave and his adorable little dog Princess greeted me warmly on arrival. There was free mineral water coffee tea and biscuits in the room.|The very large breakfast was superb |consisting of everything you could wish for tasty and fresh.|The hotel was once owned by Thomas Baldwin the great grandfather of Stanley Baldwin 3 times Prime Minister of UK.|It was just a short walk to the shops in Stourport town centre and to the funfair and river.|I will definitely return in the summer months!!!|I recommend this dog friendly hotel.

We have now stayed here on two separate occasions whilst visiting the area with friends..||And yet again, this stay was very pleasurable..|It's like a homely feel that a hotel room just won't give you..||Dave and Judy are genuinely excellent hosts, and they genuinely care about you, their guests..| Rooms are varied in size and very clean..|This b&b is 100% dog friendly, and there's 2 resident dogs who are adorable and lovable..|Again, just like staying at a friend's home...|Breakfast has a lot of various options from fruit, yoghurt, cereals, and good old English cooked breakfast..and other options are available..|Vegetarians are catered for..|One tip..|If you would like the smoked salmon option for breakfast, let your hosts know the day before so they can purchase some for you..|This b&b doesn't have all the modern bling and shining fixings that a hotel may have, but its character shines through, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future...||

Dave came to our rescue when we were turned away from a neighbouring hotel which we booked several weeks earlier because of some issue with booking. A customer there recommended the Baldwin guest house. Dave couldn’t have been more helpful for us all, rooms were lovely and they were clean. You couldn’t fault the food it was cooked perfectly and plenty of it .The service was outstanding they really couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be back it’s a perfect location for us to stay near my daughter and her family. Thanks again to all at Baldwin house?

Made very welcome and warmth through our 2 night stay there , excellent choices for breakfast freshly cooked for you.
Definitely recommend to anyone who need a guest House to stay

Beautiful Georgian house with great character and many original features. Dave was very friendly and welcoming. Also very knowledgeable of area. We had a beautiful room no 6. Wow 4 poster bed plus balcony absolutely beautiful. Great location close to canal and cafes/restaurants bars. Brilliant stay

Spent a night with my sister and booked our dad into his own room. Fantastic location, friendly staff, beautiful resident dog, Princess and incredible breakfast. (Make sure you have the mushrooms) definitely recommend ... Good honest B&B !

Stayed for 1 night absolutely beautiful Georgian house. We had room 6. Wow. Four poster bed beautiful. Balcony. Dave was a great host very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Great location just minutes from canal and river and all amenities.
