Avoid at all cost, everything you are reading in previous reviews are true. The person that has left a 5 star review must of been paid to do it. Not even worth 1 star but I had to click on them to post. False advertising, no bar, no pool table, stale breakfast if you dared to try it, no working tvs, out of date long life milk in rooms, one room key fits all rooms, no hot water, nobody around to complain about missing kettles, shower curtains etc , the list is endless. Don’t waste your money staying in this hotel.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star review. Please believe these reviews. Absolutely filthy place. Bedrooms not clean no hot water. Dirty kettle and cups tv didn’t work. Bar.. bottles and cans only pool table had 2 balls so couldn’t even play. Dining room..filthy cups and cereal bowls with flies in. Bread left on a tray uncovered. Hot water boiler dirty on a dirty table cloth. Light switch hanging off. Could go on and on. How this place stays open I’ll never know! Only had 1 night here thank god! The only good thing was the lift and this was dangerous as it didn’t have an inner door! And the location just behind the tower. No parking as advertised parked at the end of the street £15 for 24 hrs. False advertising false pictures. Avoid!!

Do not come here! I don't even know where to begin😂 no one around to let you check in, when we did we couldn't find our room as it had no number on it. They keys unlocked multiple rooms not just ours, the light switch fell off, freezing cold shower that didn't drain for 6 hours, plug socket doesn't work, our window literally fell out of the frame completely, breakfast was absolutely horrendous - boiled eggs Or stale cereal.. the 'bar' downstairs was just terrible, nothing on draught, just cans or bottles, the pool table only had two balls 😅 I mean.. come on for the price we paid this was just an absolute rip off. Never again
