The tea, coffee and biscuits were a real treat.|The whole farm area and buildings were kept lovely.|The Shed....well what can I say a beautiful room, with friendly staff. The breakfasts were always hot and delicious. The porridge was just the best, the pancakes with fruit and maple syrup were absolutely delicious, I didn't want them to end. Tea and coffee lovely and hot to start you off for the day.|A lovely place to stay for visiting the surrounding areas.|The sheep and goats were fun to watch. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed at The Piggery at the end of July, a wonderful place. Rooms large and very comfortable. Wet room a real bonus. Very accommodating for our 2 dogs. Lovely to have the fresh water and biscuits on the entrance table for guests. Breakfast in The Shed excellent and the staff very friendly, also great to be able to have an early breakfast. Walks around the farm great for the dogs too. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area around Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds. Hope to return in the not too distant future. Thank you.

Stayed for a little mini break. Next time we will stay longer, what a lovely setting, very rural. Had some lunch in the restaurant/cafe on arrival, really nice food with indoor and outdoor seating. Animals on site including goats, chickens and ducks ( in a secure field). You can rent rooms or a whole cottage. The view of the countryside is nice in the distance, there's an outside terrace next to the b&b to enjoy a drink or to just chill. There is a shop on site and info hub for tourist information, also a chip bar but this wasn't open when we stayed. A campsite with caravans, tents and pods is at the rear of the property. The setting out to the rest is lovely with extensive walks in the woods and countryside. You can walk to Charlbury buts it's a bit of a trek. There are outdoor exercise machines in the woods, a children's zoo wire and golf I believe. We saw a tennis court but not sure if it's in use or not . Farm cats are to be seen now and then which is nice and some ponies. Be aware there is no food in the evening so you would have to find a country pub or order a pizza as we did. Lovely Burford is around 20 mins drive, and bourton on the water around 30 mins. The clientelle were were mostly friendly here. We did have glorious weather which added to the ambience. The room was a nice size with a wet room and very comfy bed, little extras were a nice touch, free water in the entrance and free biscuits, extra loo roll a corkscrew and an umbrella etc. Only quibble was some hand soap in the bathroom would be good. Loved the paintings on display, great fun. Plenty of outdoor parking. Think there may be a bar in the evening in high season, not quite sure. We would like to come back here for longer next time. Oh and the breakfast was great, well presented and lots of choice.

It's in a quiet scenic area. Thanks to the good weather, we were able to sit outside at the tables & chairs provided the accommodation block in the late afternoon. There was plenty of bottled water, teas, coffees and biscuits available, not just in the room but at the entrance to the accommodation block itself. Breakfast was excellent, a choice of either 2 items from the continental menu or one off that and one off the full menu. I had the granola & compote plus full English with toast. My wife had a croissant & jam and then Eggs Royale. It was very filling. The shower was very powerful and there was plenty of hot water (room 6). Although I'd already booked a table for dinner at a pub in Chipping Norton, on the entrance notice board there was a long list of suggested local places to eat (and take-aways).

We have just returned from our little getaway at The Piggery B&B for 4 nights and had a lovely stay. The site was super dog friendly and the staff were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The B&B room was lovely and the facilities were great. The best thing about the whole stay was the breakfast at ‘The Old Shed’. The service was terrific and the food was to die for and the portions were huge so the dog was delighted with the leftovers. All in all we had a wonderful time and would recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you.
