To say this is a health gym, they have no respect towards there vulnerable members who share sensitive information about them in a time of need. To make things worse for me, Bannatyne Cookridge Sales team were not helpful at all to me. They failed to understand my current situation and did not help me what so ever. I am so appalled with their customer service skills. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

I came for a physio appt but was early so decided to go for a coffee before.
The girl who served me left my coffee on the bar whilst I sat in the restaurant I went to get it as she never brought to us but it was cold, I ordered a sandwich too which took 15 minutes to arrive. We complained to the young lad who served us who really couldnt care less. The restaurant is filthy, uncleared tables, food on the floor, the staff rude, never again. We were the only ones in the restaurant so they could have cleaned it, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - I will just come later and go straight to my appt in future definitely do not recommend. We are members at Rudding Park and it just shows you get what you pay for!!!

Love the Gym but the shower area is really outdated. Please upgrade the shower cubicles!

The gym is fab, in need of some TLC in places but a great facility. Shame they do not use the bar and restaurant more, it's set in beautiful surroundings with some good drinks and food on offer. Living locally I think no one knows it's there or that it's for members only.. they need to make more of it as it has potential!

Fantastic facilities with everything you could possibly need in a health club. Also has hairdressing and beauty on the premises. The gym is extremely well equipped and the staff very knowledgeable and approachable. Refreshments in the form of Starbucks with a large seating area available.

Great modern gym and lovely swimming pool - often very quiet and you can have the small pool to yourself. Love it when it’s really hot, especially after coming straight from the much cooler big pool…amazing feeling! Good steam room, sauna and jacuzzi too. Friendly staff.
