These guys recently helped me to put a Brewdog Keg Bar on in a TeePee at Bingley Weekender VIP. The job was first class and the beer poured like a dream all weekend. Bar Hire Solutions looked after our bar for our wedding in Huddersfield, and we can happily recommend them.

The bar itself looked great, and the drinks were served expertly, with a professional set-up, by a pleasant team of staff.

The site location itself also posed some difficulties for the installation and set-up, but this didn't phase them, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

All in all, they were great to deal with, and very flexible to fit in with our needs and requirements. Happy to recommend.

On behalf of my Wife and I we would like to provide the maximum possible recommendation of the services provided by Bar Hire Solutions. We used their services for our wedding and would like to thank them deeply for the fantastic bar service provided on the day. Having a brilliantly functioning bar should not be underestimated for hosting a successful wedding event and Chris and Karl contributed fantastically through their excellent customer service skills, their friendly and positive demeanor, their super efficiency and expert up to date knowledge of drinks. The quality of the bar they created was visually impressive and a talking point for many guests and it was highly impressive what was created in such a relevantly small space. The selection of gins, tonics and the fact that we were able to make bespoke additions to suit our personal tastes and those of our guests also added to the experience as I feel the fact that we got to enjoy all our favourite drinks added to the positive customer experience of the day. Many of our guests afterwards complimented that it was the best wedding event that they have ever attended. We don’t see our wedding as a competition against others but such positive feedback reflects well on all involved and Chris and Karl have to take enormous credit for their contribution towards that being said by our guests. We booked bar hire solutions for our wedding reception in a barn. It was easy to communicate with the team what we wanted on the day but also suited our budget. The mobile bar itself really suited our venue and even had little touches like lighting & floral displays. When it came to set up it was quick & professional no fuss! Thank you!

We hired Bar Hire Solutions to provide the bar at our wedding reception this year.

The two guys we dealt with provided us with a decent bar – no complaints there. But their organisation and communication skills really let this company down. They had difficulty following their own email trail (so we didn’t get all the things we requested). They turned up to meetings with us with none of the paperwork they insisted we fill out (and the vaguest idea of what we were asking for). They emphasised that they needed to be able to access the venue to set up at specific times (and then didn’t turn up on the times they’d arranged, so we had to contact them to find out where they were).

They talked a lot about how busy they were with bigger, corporate gigs, and there’s a lot of positive feedback on their website from companies. Maybe we weren’t deemed as important as those organisations.

If you do decide to go ahead and use them, the best piece of advice I can give you is this: get everything in writing. Email about everything. It’s information that you may need to refer back to later, once you’re trying to get your deposit back.

Without a doubt these guys are true professionals!
