Dave Squires leads the Barbecue Chefs team and he is the consummate professional - and you can top that with him being a super nice guy to boot!
I have used him and his friendly and very well trained professional team on a number of occasions and our parties have been resounding successes. Guests invariably wanted seconds or thirds of the delicious hog roasts and desserts!
I would never use anyone else unless through sheer bad luck he has already been booked on the day we need him!

Always difficult working out how many people will attend a wake and with Dave’s advice we were spot on with the amount of food and what to serve. We hired Dave to cater for our wedding and 120 guests this bank holiday just gone. We went for canapés, hog roast, buttered potatoes and Greek salad and it was amazing!
Very professional from the start, he came and sat with my now wife to discuss the different food options available, he arranged all the extras like chairs, cutlery ect. We decided to hire some staff to help run things who were headed up by the fantastic Kate. They seriously couldn't of been more helpful, they had already thought of, and solved, potential issues before I had even noticed them. They were key in making our special day run smoothly. Can't praise them enough. I highly recommend them.

ordered for my wedding by no choice of my own as venue only had select few to pick. not much communication. missing stuff I ordered and swapped with other stuff without being told. quiche and hot dogs were raw which caused my guests to have food poisoning but rest was ok.

Catered for my sister's wedding, tried to serve the food an hour earlier than planned because they had booked another event for the same evening and needed to get to their venue!! Left all their rubbish behind which my sister had to pay for someone to come and collect. Threw lots of left over food into a bush behind where they were cooking which we had to clear up to avoid attracting rats and foxes. Staff were unprofessional - walked around during the speeches plonking plastic pots of apple sauce and buns in plastic sandwich bags (!!) onto tables in amongst the guests afternoon tea. Left my sister in tears the morning after her wedding when she realised what had happened and had to organise for rubbish to be collected and food waste to be cleared out of bushes Would not recommend.
