Barrett’s Event Caterers, catered for my son’s and daughter in law’s,
wedding at Colshaw Hall and country Estate last Friday. From start to end, I cannot compliment them enough. Food was just spectacular, and the canapés and drinks kept on flowing! Lots of compliments from the wedding guest’s throughout the day.
I want to thank the catering staff for their excellent service on the day, and all the clear concise information leading up to the day from the management team. ?

Barrets catered our wedding at Colshaw Hall, and safe to say the food and staff were exceptional! All the guest commented to say how amazing the food was, best they had had at a wedding, and how lovely professional the service was.
The food we had on the day was representative of the food we had at the tasting. The salmon dish was beautiful, and the sticky toffee pudding was phenomenal! The table set ups were exactly as we had requested, and they made sure all my finishing touches were added perfectly for our guests, which took a massive stress out of the day. Throughout the process the team were very helpful, even when I had some last-minute changes, and they executed the day seamlessly.
We would absolutely recommend Barrets to anyone looking for only the best wedding caters.

From the tasting, through email communication to the wedding day itself, Barretts were the epitome of professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to answer questions and accommodate little extras. They took fantastic care of our guests and we felt in very safe hands. The vegetarian options in particular were amazing and the portion sizes were very generous. The canapes were fantastic and Barretts were very diligent in ensuring that everyone got their fair share! All guests loved the food and remarked on how friendly and kind the staff were.

From canapes to desserts at our wedding in early July 2024, Barretts were exceptional at creating delicious food. We and our guests absolutely loved every bit of food they brought out. The pre event consultation and tasting afternoon was brilliant, felt very bespoke and really helped to get us excited for our wedding day. Finally, rest assured, Barretts produce in quality does not come at the cost of quantity, far from it, the portions were more than enough for all of our guests. Yesterday we had our wedding at Colshaw hall and Barrett’s did the catering for us. What can I say! The food was out of this world. Every single person I spoke to said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The service was incredible. Grant was amazing, so attentive. Nothing was ever to much trouble and there was never a time my glass was empty. A true professional. All the staff were incredible and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thanks so much to all at Barrett’s for making the service so memorable and most of all delicious. Barretts catered our wedding at Colshaw Hall in September 2023. I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Barretts. From our initial tasting meal to the service on the day, everything was exceptional.
They were always easy to contact and deal with.
On the day, all our guests commented on the quality of the food. The service was also superb and they always made sure we were able to try everything. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my waistcoat when I got food on it!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for wedding catering!

Barretts catered our wedding at Arley Hall last week. We had changed venue and caterer after our original wedding was cancelled - we had already confirmed a menu with our original caterers. We wanted something very specific which Barretts normally doesn't offer - and they were amazing.

They worked with us to come up with a bespoke menu, and at the tasting made sure that everything was how we envisioned it.

On our wedding day, the food and service was absolutely incredible - I wish we could have eaten 5x as much as we managed! Every single one of our guests absolutely raved about the food, and everyone was absolutely stuffed.

We made a slight error with one of the guests' dietary needs, and they handled it seamlessly.

Can't rate them highly enough. Thank you so, so much to all of the team for making our wedding day one to remember - for all of the best reasons!
