I have been to so many massage centres but worst experience ever. They don’t know how to massage and just pretending like doing something no pressure not even a massage at all. Waste of £50 and not worth it.

The atmosphere at bas young & spa was so calming and peaceful, I felt all my stress melt away as soon as I walked in. The masseuse was extremely skilled and knew exactly how to work out the knots in my shoulders and feet. She applied just the right amount of pressure and I could feel the tension leaving my body with each movement.

After the massage, the masseuse took the time to show me some stretches that I could do at home. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to ensure that I got the most out of the experience.

I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, already planning my next visit to bas young & spa. If you're looking for a top-notch Thai massage experience in a clean and welcoming environment, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

So a few months ago I was struggling to walk due to multiple disk bulges and a injured lumbar spine. I went to see a chiropractor several times also other massage therapists which in the end made me worse. I had shooting nerve pain in the bottom of my foot, chronic pain running down my leg from the hip also pain in the right shoulder running from the shoulder blade, I then found out about a Thai massage therapist in Middlesbrough so I booked an appointment with her, I won't lie I was a little dubious and thought the pain was never going to go away. However A few appointments and massages later, I'm now feeling alot better and able to do every day activities alot more easier than I could. If you are having back problems I strongly recommend you make an appointment to see Bas Young Bas Young Massage & Spa ( you can contact her via Facebook messenger) she will have you feeling good as new in absolutely no time. I can't thank her enough, I now would not let any other massage therapists work on my back. Remember doctors are there to push pharmaceutical products onto you to make big pharma's money, they do not actually get to the point of the pain and discomfort they are there to make money that's the be all and end all of them. I promise Bas young will make you feel better and eventually help you to come off pharmaceuticals.

OMG! It was so good and relaxing. Didn’t expect to feel good right away because I came in with some body pains.
I definitely recommend her, she was so polite and respectful with her techniques

Been to many Thai massage shops and this one wasn’t a massage shop in my opinion more like a knock in shop the girl didn’t know how to massage shocking what’s a waste of money
