Together with 3 friends cycling the Rebellion Way around Norfolk we stayed one night and will happily return given our experience. Mark and Marcia are wonderful hosts, with nothing being too much trouble, including Mark making space in the garage to house our bikes overnight.|The breakfast was superb, providing a great start to the next day's cycling.|The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well-appointed, with fresh milk and water being available from a fridge on the landing for drinks made in our rooms.|The downstairs lounge was also comfortable and a good place to relax after an energetic day.|The house is situated just a few minutes walk from the quayside with several places being available in which to eat/drink. Alternatively, Mark was able to provide suggestions of equally acceptable locations a few minutes walk further into the town.|As mentioned, each of us would certainly seek to book this B&B again if returning to the area,

My wife and myself enjoyed a three day stay at The Bay House,we found hosts Mark and Marcia to be very friendly, hospitable and helpful.They even made my birthday very special! Our room was very clean and tidy and breakfasts were delicious.|The Bay House is close to the harbour,shops,pubs and restaurants etc.We would highly recommend a stay here.

Mark and Marcia would great hosts! The location right in Wells-Next-the-Sea was excellent as we could walk to Pubs, Restaurants, the Quay and the beach if needed. A great location to explore the Norfolk Coast. The breakfasts were delicious and a great start to the day. The instructions on how to find the place were thorough and precise and the fact that parking in the drive was available was a bonus. Great place to spend a weekend! Highly recommend Mark & Marcia's place for couples!

My two children and I stayed for two nights and had the best time. The bnb is just lovely, clean, spacious, bed is better than my own and hosts are just lovely. My children were so taken with Mark and Marcia and they couldn’t do more for us. Breakfast was great and location is perfect for Wells town and beach. We will definitely be coming back, thanks again M&M x

My wife and I had a 2 night stay at the Bay House B&B. The location is perfect to walk to Wells Beach, and also Holkham Beach. Mark is the perfect host, attentive but not overbearing. Room was immaculate and bathroom was great - good shower to wash off the salt and sand after a lovely explore at the beaches! Breakfast was delicious, we had certain requests and Mark catered for them without issue, and the standard of food was very high (mushrooms especially were top tier!). Option to use the large lounge and dining room at other times which although we didn’t utilise were much appreciated. Would highly recommend and would love to return at some point!

Returned home today from a lovely two night stay at Bay House, Wells Next the Sea. Spacious and well furnished room, comfy bed, delicious breakfast and charming hosts Mark and Marcia for whom nothing was too much trouble. Bay House is perfectly situated just a short walk from the harbour and town centre. Looking to return here, possibly later this year but otherwise in 2025.

Great time there. The hosts are veey thoughtful, kind and helpful regarding my gluten free allergy with replacements for all the things I couldn’t eat. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend it

I stayed here with my sister and used it as a base for walking the Norfolk Coastal Path from Hunstanton to Cromer using the Coastliner and Coasthopper buses, which it was perfect for.
Our room was clean and welcoming and the bathroom was spotless with plentiful hot water. The location is fab, Bay House is on a pretty lane and is just a short stroll into Wells to the quayside or Staithe Street. Mark and Marcia were lovely hosts and the breakfasts were great and really set us up for a day's walking! Recommended.
