Liked: Absolutely brilliant site. So very spacious with private pitches. Everything is immaculate so exceptionally clean. Amazing staff great restaurant and bar. This site is suitable for every age group. Children playing happily was so good to see!! Virtually on the beach. We could not fault one thing about Bay View and this is coming from a very fussy pair. This is definitely somewhere we will frequent very often

Liked: Excellent and very warm welcome at reception on arrival. Guide to plot was very well presented and a very warm pleasant attitude. Checked to make sure we were happy with the pitch and asked if we needed any assistance to get the van onto the pitch. Explained the electric/tv/water and waste facilities. Gave some useful information on the local area. Very good wi-fi signal on the pitch. Exceptionally clean and spacious toilet facilities.

Disliked: As already mentioned the wi-fi signal on the pitch was excellent, but no signal for the guests up in the reception area (Unlike a number of sites we have visited where the wi-fi near reception was good but at the pitches was either non-existent or poor at best)
So not really a dislike.

Disliked: We camped in a tent and found that unless you get a top edge pitch, the pitches are on a slope, we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy. Our pitch was in the centre of the field and was sloping which caused problems for us everything tended to slide off the tables. Would stay again but try to arrive Friday to get a better pitch.

Liked: The staff are friendly and informative, polite and respectful. This was my first visit to the site everything was spotless. From the toilets and showers to the pitch absolutely immaculate we were shown to our pitch by the warden who was very helpful and pointed out the nearest pathways to the shop and clubhouse. The site is quiet after 10 and everyone seemed to respect that. Already looking to book again as we love this place

Liked: Great site and extremely well run. Bathrooms excellent and spotlessly cleaned regularly. We had a meal and drinks at the on site bar and restaurant which was fantastic with live entertainment as well. Overall I can't give Bay View enough praise. We loved our stay and I highly recommend it.

Liked: Excellent site with full amenities. Fully serviced level pitch (with wifi)made life a lot easier with no filling of water butts and emptying grey waste. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Apart from the weather we had and enjoyable stay

Disliked: Some of the pitches has drainage problems during bad weather

Liked: Fantastically clean, well maintained grounds, lovely staff, great location for walking to local pub and restaurant's.

Disliked: Yes train noises, yes small hill to walk up to get back on site but can go by garden centre route easier, yes no bar on site in the week when low/mid season would it stop us from returning no.

Liked: A supreme site. Perfectly organised.
Very modern and very clean shower and bathroom facilities.
Each touring spot felt very private by the use of hedging between each plot.
Having a Warden taking you to your plot on arrival was special and unique.
Very secure site. Will come again.

Disliked: Only slight disappointment was the restaurant/bar not being open
