Food is generally good, shop is always busy. Most staff are nice enough for the amount of time you are in, supervisors are lovely. One older bigger lady with glasses always appears rude.

Bought four large empire biscuits. Served by an elderly gentleman who put them all in a flimsy see through bag. Invariably when back most broken. Very annoyed. I should have asked for more secure wrapping as I have bought four before and each one was individually wrapped well but the man was miserable. Just a waste of my money and very disappointed with Baynes.

Asked for a ham and tuna roll....was told they don't do that and it has to be separate. Sorry but you make up rolls and if the customer wants ham and tuna on the same roll you do it. Every other sandwich shop does it. Wonder what makes this one so special. The women that served me was very rude about it aswell

Food was terrible, filled roll was empty all bread, disappointing no butter nothing just a little dry bun of depression, sausage rolls were ICE cold, doughnut had a hair in it, just fed up now, wasted £13 on cardboard lettuce and tomato rotten to the core and going discoloured

Cakes are very nice. They also do very nice filled rolls, but barely ever seem to have them available. Not sure if I was visiting at the wrong time to get them, but they never usually seem to be there.
