First coach trip with Alpha to this hotel. We asked if a seaview room was available as we didn’t care for our room that was allocated to us and there was, worth the extra money to upgrade. Our room as spacious, furniture all looked new and bed linen spotless, lovely to sit looking out of the bay window. The food and service was excellent, good choice, fresh vegetables and always hot. Nice to sit in the bar and listen to the singer in the evening, dancing if you want to. Lovely comfy settees to relax on, furnishings all look relevantly new. |Found all members of staff we encountered to be helpful and polite. We reported a fault in our bedroom and it was sorted very quickly. Thank you Bayshore for a most enjoyable stay at your hotel, if it wasn’t that far from our home we would come back!

Excellent hotel. The main positive for us was the high level of caring service. The staff were very friendly and constantly watching to see how they could assist and make our holiday better. Special mention goes to the bar staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well kept. The food was delicious and there was a good choice. |The only negative that people should be aware of is that there are some steps going between areas such as from the bar to the entertainment/ lounge area and from there to the restaurant, I can't see how they could improve that but there is a lift to most bedrooms. It is best to make staff aware of mobility issues when booking.

The hotel is very tired and dated. We traveled with Alpha coach trip and were informed that the hotel was fully booked on arrival. We were allocated a breakfast time of 7.45 and tea time 5.45 !! I immediately felt this wasn’t a holiday and I hadn’t even got off the coach.|The room we were allocated for my friend and I was very small cramped and uncomfortably hot. The smell of bleach was so strong it burned my throat! The bathroom was very dated, small and the shower tray surround cracked and broken. The view from the small window was a dirty cliff face with rubbish strewn on it directly behind the hotel…. So no view at all. I knew there was no chance of changing room so didn’t bother reporting any of this I gritted my teeth and for the sake of the friends with whom I was holidaying with decided to endure this horrible situation. The pillows are hard.|The corridor outside the room smelt stale and had a smell of urine.|However, the staff were all helpful and our waitress Roxana was wonderful. The food was varied and ok. The toast at breakfast was always cold and cheap bread. I felt the crockery and cutlery was grubby. We sent a few plates back with traces of old food on them.|I feel the hotel is geared up to accommodate the elderly. I certainly felt I was in a retirement home.|I left feeling tired and exhausted.|Too hot!

Just returned from a brilliant holiday at The Bayshore part of an Alfa coach party. Staff so pleasant and friendly can not do enough for you. Entertainment good , staff at Bayshore put on two nights entertainment where they take part ,this was great to watch. Meals were excellent good choice served by very friendly waiters who worked extremely hard. The staff on the bar were extremely friendly and quick to serve. Will definitely be returning to this Alfa hotel. Our driver Callum was very professional, giving information where needed on all aspects of the journey and what to do at Tamworth whilst awaiting the Feeder coach’s. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience on his coach.

Me and my husband spent a second holiday at the Bayshore Hotel this year, we are regulars to the hotel every year. It is ideally situated to the beach/shops/pubs/other hotels/etc. The hotel boasts the most friendliest staff you could ever wish to meet, from reception to restaurant, it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Bingo and entertainment/fun and games/etc. The food is absolute lush. This hotel is a 'must visit' if you have never been there. The pier and beach is directly opposite. If you like the quiet life, it even has a comfortable quiet relaxing reading lounge. Prices at the bar are very competitive served with smiling happy staff. This hotel has it all. Highly recommended. God willing we are going there again next year.

Will certainly go again. Evening Food is served at your table. Chef special every day. Lifts to all floors. Overlooks the sea right by pier. Entertainment most nights.
