I stayed in this lovely little gem last night and it was absolutely perfect. |The hosts Steve & Julie welcomed me with open arms and made me feel so welcome in their lovely home. |It’s perfectly located in Milford in sea, close to the beach and near to the New forest. |The house is tastefully decorated inside with 2 lovely guest rooms. |The outside area is fabulous with amazing views over fields with the sea in the distance making it a peaceful retreat. |As I was on my own, Steve & Julie invited me out to a music venue with them and we had a great evening before going back for pizza! |They really made me feel so welcome and were so accommodating, it felt like staying with good friends! |A true gem of a place with the best hosts…I will be back!

Perfect host. Friendly and welcoming. Beautiful accommodation. Quirky and comfortable. Stunning views. Ideal location for exploring the New Forest Short walk to hop on hop off bus stop, village pubs, cafes and shops. Fabulous selection of continental goodies for breakfast. Would highly recommend

Our first 'mini-break' of the year. This was advertised as a B&B, but it was more like an AirBNB as Steve made clear when he told us to 'make yourselves at home'. A warm welcome, a superbly furnished, and appointed, house with a continental breakfast each morning to set us up for the day. Well situated for exploring the area. A splendid three days and Steve could not have been more helpful.

Steve was such an amazing host, location is great, breakfast was amazing and what a view! So much attention to detail with everything from check in to check out! You really have to experience this.
