We are truly grateful to Viola, the hotel receptionist, for her incredible kindness and support. When we lost our bag on the bus today, she went above and beyond to help us track it down. Thanks to her help, we were able to retrieve our bag successfully. Thank you, Viola – you made our London experience so much better!

Also, we highly recommend this hotel! The room was very spacious – we had no trouble opening two large suitcases at the same time. The location is very close to the airport.

Self service style check in was a bit janky, but staff very helpful with the process. Location was ideal for Heathrow Airport early flights but some black cabs didn't like the journey from the airport to the hotel due to the Slough postcode. The local pub was great for food for the evening.

Rooms are very clean and spacious... Family room had a bunk bed that was a good quality.. Double bed was firm and comfy.

Excellent pricing on this one.

Nice and clean hotel, very close to Heathrow.

Rooms are fairly spacious, have all basic amenities except for refrigerator. Free shuttle drops to Terminal 5. Parking at £15/night.

Staff was quite helpful and professional.

The AC of our room 315 was not cooling for some reason and being in London during the heatwave did not help.

Overall a good place and good value for money.

Rooms are much nicer than the usual Premier Inn etc at the same price. Have stayed twice for four nights a time. Aircon was poor in both rooms, literally had to have it going nonstop to keep it at 21 degrees, but it does work, just not very well. Good bed, not great pillows, decor in rooms is very good, good TV, lots of water for shower/bath. Check-in was a bit slow both times. Car parking is very expensive considering you are kind of in the middle of nowhere. Rooms very quiet. Entrance way, halls, lift etc are all very good, and as said at the biginning a step up from the usual at this price. Somewhere you'd feel happy taking your partner, not just a cheap place to stay.

Excellent location to Terminal 5. Friendly and efficient staff. Secure car parking and clean, comfy room. Breakfast was very good, fresh with a good choice. Would definitely stay again. Bonus was the pub directly opposite serving lovely Thai food. Recommended.

Based on my limited time and use. Very easy to find and parked on the road outside the hotel (free).
The room was huge with a good shower and bath. A comfortable bed and big TV with a desk and kettle.
The room was too hot though (25c) and the thermostat control didn't seem to work.
The concierge was friendly, albeit surprised that I was browsing the bookshelf in the lobby
I didn't eat breakfast because I left for a flight at 0500. Only 8 minutes to get to T5 park and ride

We spent two nights here and we couldn't have done it better.
It is a new hotel, the carpet and furniture are new, the bathroom was good and the bed very comfy.
We ordered breakfast the night before for £10 and it was worth it.
We went downstairs at seven thirty and we sat for breakfast with two other tables so we enjoyed the buffet.
If you go later, it is really busy.
The windows are sealed and you can't listen to the noise of the airport.
Very recommended.

The rooms were great but we had to demand a change for one of the rooms as the air conditioner was broken and this is a hot hotel. I am sure this would have been known when the room was booked but we were allocated the room anyway. Staff tried to fob us off with excuses like it takes 10 minutes to switch on - think we were born yesterday? We got the room change because we demanded it and there were still rooms not checked into (unlucky for anyone checking in late - sorry don't blame me blame management).

I would review 5* if we hadn't had the experience with the air conditioner being broken in summer which makes me think they care more about money than their customers.
