Visit be superhuman on a regular basis for oxygen, cryo and red light therapy. These all help me maintain my general health and recovery. Place is spotless and staff are extremely helpful. Both shelly and Aarti are fantastic! I recommend you check them out.

Came here for the first time to try cryotherapy, compression therapy and red light therapy. Was well worth the experience. The staff were excellent at giving us explanation of the benefits of each and were really friendly. The cryotherapy and compression therapy were well worth it. Made a massive difference to me after, physically and mentally. Tried one of the smoothies which was nice, but bit on the pricey side. Ended up getting 10 sessions of cryotherapy and compression therapy as it works out cheaper. Definitely worth the money.

Been coming here for about 18months, have had a courses of hbot, red light and cryotherapy which having played rugby for 29 years is helping my body to recover after training and taking the general aches and pains away.
