We really enjoyed our time at Beach Box - where else are you going to get those views! Clever use of the beach to feel the invigorating weather, hot sauna and cold plunge. Lovely people running it too. Recommend treating yourself to the salt scrubs- smell and feel amazing!

I love this place. It’s my must have treat every time I’m in Brighton. The saunas are so hot and the ice bath is so cold. Perfect. The platter of hair, body and face treatments are the icing on the cake. The location and community feeling is precious and each time I’ve met lovely people and left feeling very nourished and happy to experience this grass roots experience.

Honestly one of the best experiences iv had. We booked out the large sauna room for a hen do, it was perfect. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Because we were a hen group they threw in some freebies with one being the sauna whisking - it was honestly an incredible experience. The plunge pools and bucket etc are also amazing, skin feels wonderful afterwards, couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Loved our experience at the beach box spa. Booked one for my partners 50th. Such a lovely vibe - staff super friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Really great service and multiple options for hot / cold exposure. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it for an experience.

This was our second visit to the Beach Box Spa (both times have been in September) and both times have been amazing. I would highly recommend a visit.
The spa is rustic, but very clean, and well run/organised. It's even great in the rain!
Both times we've booked the Lotta sauna which, while it has more people using it and can be tight on space, has a beautiful view of the sea, which is really magic.
The plunge pools/ice baths are great, really exhilarating, and on our second visit there was the opportunity to run down and jump in the sea between sauna session, which was also exhilarating and lovely!
It would become a staple "must do" for me now whenever visiting Brighton.

Was given a voucher for Beach Box...used it on a wet early autumn day. A friendly welcome, helpful staff who explained everything, great vibe, even the sea was calm and made a perfect cold plunge, drinking water available and was served orange quarters. An added bonus (paid extra) was back/neck/shoulder massage on site after the session. Would recommend and will be back for more!

Really great experience and facilities! Will definitely be going back, felt like a new woman after the hot/cold therapy. The salt scrub was a great addition too.
