Pure bliss!

I’ve wanted to visit this spa for the longest time and somehow it exceeded all of my expectations. My sister and I booked the winter package and it was the most relaxing day. The whole area was just for us which I have never experienced at spa before. The whole atmosphere was so zen and I loved how it was decorated for the season, pure cosy vibes! The treatments were incredible and the therapists ensured they were tailored to our specific needs. The timings of the day meant that we were able to enjoy the hot tub during sunset, which was so special. Lunch was perfectly catered to our dietary requirements and was delicious. Amanda and Emily were the loveliest ladies, super friendly and warm and made us feel so comfortable. Honestly couldn’t recommended this place enough and I can’t wait to come back!

How has this been 5 minutes away from our home for so long without us realising! We had a fantastic time, relaxing and lovely calm staff who took care of everything for us.

Each time we went to relax in another area we came back to the main den and even the couch pillows were once again perfectly aligned. Crazy attention to detail.

We have been to many different spas over the years & was very impressed with this one having the entire place to yourselves... and the views....wow

The only point I could make was it would have been nice to be told the plan of action for the day at the start (in which order we use the facilities / have treatments) however this might of just simply been forgotten or that I'm just an over thinker and it should be nice just to let go of reality for a few hours and enjoy the ride

Wonderful place and will be back in the future 100%.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at Beautissimo Spa. I had bought an afternoon package for me and my wife and we were there for 4 hours as allocated. In that time we went to the sauna, jumped in the jacuzzi and had a brilliant massage. Then it was the afternoon tea and a slight relax, I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff were brilliant and the views from the spa are amazing. Would highly recommend and planning our next trip!

We have just been to Beautissimo for a winter wonderland spa package! And this place is amazing, so beautiful, pampered from the minute we walk in the door, 4 hours of pure bliss!
I have to do a massive shout out to Emily! You are such a talented therapist, thank you for making me feel so good, and also to Sophie who looked after my best friend!
If you’re looking for something special this is the place for you, just book it, you will not regret it!

This place was amazing!! Very relaxing day! All the rooms were, warm and cozy with nice smells! Decoration was beautiful and staff were very welcoming! The view was stunning!! It was a cool day so the fire place was on! Once we entered the treatment room we were able to smell the burned wood from the fire place!! We chose one of the signature packages, 13:30-17:30, this gave us the opportunity to enjoy the view while it was daylight and night as well!! The fireworks towards the end were a great addition, (bonfire day!) We will definitely visit again !

Wow,such a beautiful place, absolutely stunning. Had the winter wonderland package tonight with my friend 4 hours of bliss from start to finish, so looked after the girls were amazing the hot stones massage, mary cohr prescription facial, head and shoulder massage was unreal, Sophie is fantastic couldn't move after that relaxed she certainly has the touch.so ready for Christmas now thanks so much girls for spoiling us and looking after us so well, then after all that went in the sauna and then the hot tub the veiws are stunning, beautiful location and with all the Christmas decorations it was so pretty,then finished with a festive afternoon tea which was delicious. certainly made my Christmas special with my soul sister ❤️.

I booked the Afternoon Signature Package for my mum's birthday - there was a total of 4 of us booked and we all loved it! The scenery around the spa was beautiful with amazing views all around! Emily, who greeted us out front, immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, followed by Kimberley, Amanda and Sophie who also carried out our treatments. The treatments themselves made us all feel super relaxed!! We also had a few dietary requirements with the afternoon tea, which were wonderfully catered to (we emailed in advance). The team did great to ensure there was some gluten free options available for myself, and pescatarian options for my family. I would definitely recommend 🫶🏽

I had a lovely time at the spa as we were looked after by the loveliest beauty therapists. Unfortunately, my experience was marred at the end by the owner, Amanda.

I initially booked in with the spa in 2023, however I was pregnant and advised that most treatments weren’t pregnancy safe therefore I decided to delay the treatment till I had my baby, which was agreed with the spa. The owner had forgotten about my booking until I reached out a couple of days before, and she offered us a morning slot instead of our original midday appointment as she had double booked ,which wasn't ideal as I had to change my childcare arrangements last minute.

To make matters worse, the manager increased the spa prices per person without informing me. When one of the beauty therapists told me I needed to pay extra at the end of my treatment, I requested to speak with Amanda for clarification. Unfortunately, Amanda was highly hostile, verbally aggressive, and overall had a nasty attitude towards me as her client. During our conversation, she kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me explain the situation. Amanda assumed we were refusing to pay, which wasn’t the case at all; we simply wanted to understand why the prices had increased and why we weren’t notified beforehand.

After I expressed my feelings about her unprofessional behavior, Amanda apologised and mentioned that she had just gotten out of the shower and was dealing with personal issues, which contributed to her reaction. However, as a business owner, it’s unacceptable to take out personal frustrations on clients, especially when I was just looking for clarification. It was incredibly disappointed and upset.

The owner has also accused my friend of being rude in the Google review, which isn’t true at all.
